This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and lovely, the beds were so comfy. Both the cafes were great, the food was absolutely fantastic (I truly mean that) . Service was excellent and friendly, the pool was great and clean, the beach is beautiful though you can't swim there as it's a pebble beach. They have long boats right on the beach for activities like snorkeling, they have a shuttle everyday to 3 different beaches, pick up and drop off, they have a gym, and they are so accommodating, I had a full day planned on the day I was meant to check out and they happily held my bags for me till I returned, which is so kind. And everyone had great English. It really was great.

We had a lovely two week stay at this hotel. It is good if you don’t want to be in the busy-ness of Phuket/Patong/Karon as Rawai is a quieter area. There are a lot of restaurants, bars etc around. In my opinion it is slightly overpriced, the rooms are lovely, modern and clean although not many channel options on the tv and no netflix etc which a lot of other hotels do have. The stag were brilliant they always went above and beyond to help us with any thing we needed. Overall a great place and would definitely stay there again

As with most properties in this area the staff are just lovely. The hotel it'self is a nice standard but IMHO overpriced for what it offers ,which is a pretty homogenous room and not a lot of hotel flavour. You also get no sense of being Thailand beachside, literally you could be anywhere. It is for want of a better word, clean and brand. Reminds me of a travel lodge but these are not travel lodge prices. It is nice to have the pool access room if you don't mind the splashing and calling from other guests.
I booked two rooms for me and a friend which was done last minute. There was a mix up with the booking which the reception staff rectified quite quickly and even managed to get our rooms together. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but if you're looking for somewhere quiet this is a lovely location. Overall the hotel was clean, service was great and the pools and bar is nice to relax.

Staff are really friendly, I do however have some issues that maybe minor to some however I felt they did detract from the “resort” label and they are - this hotel does not really cater to the English speaking guests there are no television channels with English, like a lot of Phuket now they only seem to cater to Russians, which leads me to the next issue while we were there it really was Moscow on the beach and that’s fine however many of them do not care about rules such as they will smoke wherever they want regardless Of rules, if you enjoy the smell wafting in your room or trying to enjoy they pool then this will not bother you. Same goes for weed smell. The pool is very small and does not look like the pictures which you can see from other reviews is a consistent feedback and if you don’t book a room with direct access there isn’t much area for you to lay around near it. There is another small pool down near the beach with some deck chairs for sun and a nice bar however there is no beach you cannot swim here so keep that in mind. Location is ok but you will need a car as there is nowhere to walk to really, we ended up getting a hire car and this made it a lot better. So I do like this hotel but I am not sure I would stay here again.
