Perfect stay in Koh Yao Noi with Cape Kudu Hotel”

That was the best move for us to have chosen Cape Kudu Hotel for our short trip to Koh Yao Noi. There is nothing negative I can think of about this hotel. It provide you exactly or even more that what it is describe in the websites. The large well arranged and decorated room with a balcony and amazing view is perfect to rest and relax, watch the amazing sunrise from the bed our the balcony. Enjoying a relaxing bath or good shower after a very hot day. The swimming pool with the view of the bay is perfect, the restaurant, the breakfast buffet with anything you wish to eat, from Thai food, western, even fresh cheese. All the staff including manager are always smiling, looking at your needs with professionalism. The only regret I have is to stayed only 4 nights! Thanks to all staff from Cape Kudu Hotel for your warm hospitality and whenever we are coming back to Koh Yao Noi, we will be staying at Cape Kudu Hotel again.

I will be back again and again”

Me and my girl were there last month. We decided to go there during low-season due to its price. It rained a lot, but the weather did not affect our great impression of this island and Cape Kudu Hotel. The islands hopping with a boat dedicated to two of us was awesome, the room was cozy, the environment was peaceful (if you're looking for a place to relax, this is the island you're looking for). But most importantly, the staffs of Cape Kudu Hotel were beyond friendly, helpful and decent. They made us feel welcomed and homed with their services and advises to tour around Koh Yao Noi. I felt that I'm obligated to recommend this hotel to traveler around because this is the exact example of how I wanted to be treated as a customer and a traveler. The stay might be pricey, especially you're visiting during peak season. But I would say it definitely worths every penny you will spend.

Expectations Exceeded”

Many thanks to the whole team of the Cape Kudu Hotel who prepared us a perfect stay on Koh Yao Noi. The rooms are perfectly clean and in very good condition. We were particularly impressed by the service in the restaurant, which eclipsed the experiences from other luxury hotels in Thailand. We would also like to express our special thanks to the general manager Mr. Timo Kuenzli who took excellent care of us. In Germany we would say "That was the cherry on top". We will be back and hope to see all of you again. Best regards

Best in a long time”

We loved Cape Kudu, one of the best boutique hotels we ever stayed at.. from the welcome tour to arranging boat trips and dinners outside to the personal farewell and even after that sending some forgotten personal stuff to our next location , it has been truly wonderful. Koh Yao Noi is a very peaceful quiet yet pretty island easy to get to with the help from the hotel. The breakfast was great and so we're the facilities even the standard hotel rooms. We enjoyed our 3 days thoroughmy and would especially liked to thank Olivier for making this trip an unforgettable experience..

Koh Yao Noi is a magical place and Cape Kudu is a little slice of heaven! Everything about this property is top notch - from the villas, pool, restaurant, spa, and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. I really wanted to love Cape Kudu. The pictures presented an idyllic escape and in a world where boutique hotels are aplenty at reasonable rates, I'm afraid the bar has been set rather high. For the quiet island of Koh Yao Noi, I would say that Cape Kudu is a wonderful and comfortable choice. The staff were also a wonderful and warm bunch, which made our stay quite pleasant. However, perhaps because the hotel is new, we also faced many teething problems. We emailed the hotel directly to arrange for transport to & from the hotel, but both times were problematic. We arrived to the airport with no pickup as the driver had gone to the wrong airport. Arrived at the KYN pier without a driver waiting again (I had to call the hotel each time). And when we left the hotel, our transport hadn't been arranged again. At the restaurant itself, many items on the menu itself was often unavailable. Breakfast items (like yogurt and coconut water) would run out early... I'm not sure if I'm nitpicking, but our bathroom did not come with toothbrushes/toothpaste.. but toothpaste was being sold at the hotel's shop. It's just a little strange that the hotel would rather provide guests with a "pillow menu" to select the types of pillows they prefer rather than toothbrush/paste. At times, it felt like the hotel was trying too hard to stand out as a luxury hotel without paying attention to the basics. All that being said, the staff were friendly and helpful and I feel terrible for writing an honest review. But really, there wasn't much that made Cape Kudu very memorable...

Unique location at lovely Koh Yao Noi”

Located at the right side of Koh Yao Noi with an astonishing view on the Hong Islands. Close to the main ‘city’ area by scooter to be rented just outside the hotel. Food in the hotel is good but there are also plenty of more cheaper (value for money) places within 5 to 15 minutes by scooter. Compared to last year (this was our second time to Cape Kudu) service (read personnel) were less service-oriented. Although we paid full price, we were given a small corner room in the building, which was a missed opportunity to reward a loyal customer. Nevertheless, we will come back to this hotel as it is the best place to go to on Koh Yao Noi if you wish to stay in a 5 star residence.

Only downside was the lack of great beaches for swimming. Cape Kudu is just like the pictures, a small boutique hotel w/ great attention to detail from the staff. The best hotel breakfast I've had among all my travels. Quiet environment was amazing and we had awesome meals from breakfast lunch and dinner. Location on the island is fantastic and at the end of a strip where you can walk for additional dining options. View was great, decor was great. Only wish we had stayed more nights here since it was so easy to get to (bonus of having a nice waiting office at ferry) from Phuket.

My favourite hotel yet!”

We really loved our stay in Cape Kudu - from the very first welcome to the hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful - going above and beyond. The breakfast was of such high quality with great healthy choices as well as holiday treats. The rooms were comfortable and stylish. Although the hotel provide a beach space, the island is so much more about adventure and discovery - we found beautiful beaches to ourselves most days by jumping on a moped (which the hotel arranged for us) - I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough - thanks so much guys! We hope to be back one day x

This is a lovely hotel away from it all! I'm so glad we picked this hotel for our girly getaway trip. We couldn't get enough of the breakfast and admiring the view on a bean bag! Thank you to everyone at Cape Kudu for such a pleasant stay!

Cape Kudu is beautiful and perfectly placed to view the gorgeous sunrise everyday. I highly recommend the longboat excursions. We stayed in the 2BR pool villa with our 2 teenage daughters and it was perfect . Love the quaint island.

Very nice place for anyone who wants a relaxing and beautiful holiday”

The location, the beautiful interior of the different buildings gave a very good feeling. Very helpful and polite staf. Over all a very positive experience. All the different foods that we tried was delicious. The only thing that failed was the bicycle borrowing. My wife fell and hurt her self very badly in the foot. This was mainly due to a malfunctioning bicycle. Never the less the staf was fast to intervin and help and drove us to the hospital where measures were taken. I would like to specially mention mr Kevin who was very professional and kind to us. he followed us to the hospital and helped us there with the communication. He invited us for dinner on behalf of the hotel for the trouble that my wife had. He also gave us drinks at the pool complimentary from the hotel. We would strongly recommend anyone to stay at Kape Kudu.
