Super new and Super Clean”
This place is still just open but they also take good care of the cleaning, you can judge it from the very first time you enter your room. Location wise is ok, it is about 1oo meter from the main road but who cares with GRAB app that we have. local convenient shop nearby but if you looking for 7-11 you better buy it on the way before you come back to the hotel since it is not really near.

The room is spacious, beds very very comfortable, bathroom spacious also,water heater is working well. The staff very nice (thank U genks). Very close with 7-11 & Lawson,KFC. The minus is too far away from the main Street. But overall 1-10 (8.5) . And one thing U need efforts to go anywhere,if U budget travelers U can using Bus nd MRT.

Although we are not in a touristic area and not located near public transportation, our front desk can get safe taxi for you 24 hours via mobile app which means we can monitor that your transfer is smooth. If you want to experience Bangkok like locals, a motorcycle taxi stand is just next to the hotel. Night market, convenience stores and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk.

Very nice newer Hotel , easy to see from hyway but hard to find way into . Staff really tries hard but weak on English. Very well cared for but bit of a walk just to get too street food, but does have limited in-house grill /coffee shop. Also only 1/2 block from very busy major hyway so there's a drone all night long. Still I'd have no problem staying here again.

Thank you for staying with us. Bangkok is a vibrant and busy city, noise and buzz is the usual background noise especially in the middle of the city. As we are located in a less noisy area, getting to the main road with noisy streets is a bit of a distant, however there is a motorcycle taxi right next to hotel and getting taxi is very easy via our front desk or Grab. Taxi meter fare to Siam Square, Old Town or River side area is within 200Baht, or going to Chatuchak market (JJ weekend market) is less than 10 min away.

The room is new, modern, clean. A bit small. But has everything you need. The location is awful. It's way too deep inside the alley. There's no 7-Eleven nearby. In conclusion, not a convenient stay. The staffs could be improved. And they charged you deposit of the room. If you want an early check-in, you have to pay per hour. Not a very generous hotel.

There is also a motorcycle taxi stand just next to the hotel and a night market is located only 3 minutes walk away. There is a new 7-11 opens just in front of the alley with car park slot, however there are more convenience stores and local restaurants located near the night market which is just a corner away.

It is quite new hotel. Room is cozy and clean. I experienced the electricity gone off during the night for an hour. apart from that, it is good tho.

We are located in middle of residential area which means we are in a quiet location, however we have a motorcycle stand next to the hotel and our front office staff can get you a metered taxi at all time. Taxi ride to Chatuchak Market (JJ Market) or Central Ladprao would cost only 80-100Baht and the old would cost only around 200Baht. For customer's convenience, we now prepared a map of nearby restaurants and convenience stores to provide more information of surrounding area.

Far away from every market / attractions place”
Not easy to get a cab / tuk tuk. Soundproof is worst and all the rooms are using key to get in. (Dont have card access system) Hotel rules is all talk above MONEY. We felt uncomfortable when listening all this rules before we get to see the room even though we did not damage anything at the end.

Lack of staff”
Don’t expect any staff to be there when you arrive. You will get an old security guard who’s asleep in the car park to give you your key card AND a physical KEY. Yes. A key. But if your reservation didn’t arrive before the day staff goes home then no one would know you were coming and you will need to pay full rate plus 500thb security deposit for the key. You will get your money back when you check out when the hotel staff is back on duty. Good luck on your visit.
