2nd time stay at CPP Hotel. This time request for upgrade rooms (for 1 extra person) on check-in day, good prepared with more staff (compare from last time travel during Covid on March,21). Although, the hotel was busier with oversea travelers than last trip but it still feel comfortable and private. also, their staff are all friendly and help-full. My niece enjoy the water pool and kid's playroom as last time stayed. Unfortunately, the coming Waterpark in Hawaii theme will be open on NOV,2025. It wiill be our favorite stay for next time. Travel with young and senior family by own car is really convenient and easily to travel around PTY.

The decor is nice, and I loved the well-mannered staff. We took super deluxe two room. Each had a sitting room with a kitchenette. There is a locker space as well. The beds are clean and comfy. The breakfast was superb. I am dairy allergic, and they had milk for coffee and cereal. They even had plant-based yoghurt, which was super delicious. My daughters liked the infinity pool.

Fabulous place to stay. Market area is nearby no problem of cab. Even hotel provide cab facility for free. I would suggest every person travelling to pattaya should stay in this hotel. I stayed at this hotel got 2 days, was initially attracted by the breathtaking view of the hotel lounge, the staffs there are very professional, very helpful and communicated well in English. My friend and me enjoyed the free mocha/latte at reception area every day, my first lunch is at the hotel restaurant, food is nice and valuable. Thanks for letting me check in early at 10:30am! And provided me a nice high floor sea view room as requested. Room is so clean and bed is comfortable. There is a nice small kitchen attached with free Maggie Mee :) Thanks for the hotel driver for sending us to beach area/terminal 21 and even the bus terminal via free shuttle service, your service is really beyond my expectation! Location is not at central pattaya but it's not a issue at all with the shuttle bus provided. Plus Grab is available and easily accessible. My overall experience is fantastic, thanks for the service from all the hotel staff! I'll be definitely come back again

We loved our stay and it is already our second time visiting. We love that the rooms look like a little condo room with a kitchen. High quality breakfast is always amazing to join: a great mix of European and Asian cousine. Much higher quality then other hotels for such price. Highly recommended the hotel they give us a cost free upgrade and the room is very clean and everything looks brand new! The bed is fantastic! All the staff are very good trained and helpful! Check in was very efficient. They had coffee and cold drinks at the lobby for all guests. The staff were very friendly especially Jasmine. She explained the facilities that we can use and the hours they are open. The hotel room was clean and comes with complimentary snacks. It is a family friendly hotel. Great location for family vacation that want to escape from the busy night life of the walking street. It located on the main road easy to commute if you dont have personal vehicle they have shuttle van provided. Delicious food with variety of choices. The hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable. A man in charge of the luggage. To move and carry and if we need something is totally incredible. By far the best ever seen. He his perfection by far. The rest of the place is wonderful. A very big place to eat with huge amount of different food. A huge swimming pool is there but water not heat, but so hot in Thailand and never sun reach the swimming pool. Many staff help for parking and anything else. We are like very important peoples there. There is a special area for all people with incredible view around 22 floor. We can easily have the Celsius we want because air conditionner is the best possible. Totally recommended. Good trip.
