Perfect location & good service”
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel September 2019 for almost two weeks. The location is really good, it's located right next to the russian market in 'russia town'. Since I've lived in Beijing for several years before, I was familiar to the area. Before we booked this we read a lot of comments saying service was bad and the staff only spoke chinese/russian. Since I speak chinese myself we decided to try it out and the service was in our opinion really good. The hotel staff did a good job cleaning, and they would always bring us what we needed within literally 30 seconds of calling the front desk. We didn't had the breakfast so can't comment on that, but there was easy access to laundry room and the gym looked fresh as well. Would stay here again!

They are fixing the elevator while it is so slow. My shower room was dirty as hell and the shower head was broken. The location is good.

Terrible”
The staff at the hotel were lazy,sleepy and a quite rude. I would never recommend this hotel ! When we entered in the room there was a terrible smell ( I guess they don't open windows). Breakfast is poor. Not too many choices for 5 star hotel so I am asking myself who is the one making decision which hotel can or can not get 5 stars. I can't five even one star ! Terribly disappointed! Not worth a penny!

Very Good Accommodation”
The Ritan was well positioned for the highlights of Beijing. If you stay there sneak around the back to the Ritan Park - a fantastic community park. The hotel was terrific, breakfast adequate, staff not too friendly but didn’t effect the stay.

Great location”
i spent in the ritan international about 2 weeks. at all it is a very nice new hotel. positiv: - it is a new hotel, so the most things there are stil new. - when you speak english than the service is very good. than they are trying there best. - the place of the hotel was very central (for us). but i thing it is very central as well for the other people. it is just 1 - 2 metrostation away from the mao square. and you are very near every embassy. - there is a gym and swimmingpool. - there are very many different restaurants and spas in the near.

Good stay, good choice of breakfast buffet, price per night from Agoda is good, customer service is average, technology in the room is quite old and confusing, overall i enjoyed it and would go there again however there are better hotels in Beijing if you're willing to pay higher prices.

Hotel was ok, location good”
Hotel all in all was ok, room was spacious, room service friendly and helpful. If you like russians thats definetly the right place for you, as 90 % of the guests are from russia. I recommend a stay in that place, even the breakfast was not as good as expected. From that place bars were easy accessible, would return to that place.

I never saw so many Russians in one hotel. But the rooms are big, clean and there is really but really big bed, that means it is perfect for families with small child. There is a nice european breakfast and all hotel staff speaks russian...

Good location around Yabaolu”
This time, hotels manager man is couldn't find our booking a room reservations . And we waited a long time . After about 4 hours they giving to us a room key. Normally ,no delays to get a room with booking a room reservations before. Perhaps ,hotels staff doesn't working right ! Agoda promised to refund us 10% of total amount of room reservations for this problem . Anyway ,we will continue to booking a hotels room with Agoda in next time.

Very nice place, poor communication”
The hotel is nice, the room is comfortable with a great bed and view. The neighbordhood is convenient, though a little far away from the subway. The down plus for us, it that even 5 star hotels in China dont have english speaking staff, just one person with medium skills per shift, so don't expect great service in that regard. Plus a weird fact: maybe the hotel is owned by russians, there is a lot of russian things around, like the mall next door and some stores, so every single not chinese tourist we saw was russian! And another detailed that sucked: the day we got up early to got to the wall (6am) there was not hot water. I call the front desk and said it was because it was too early!!! So, very comfortable room in nice neighborhood, but dont expect much apart of that.

A grand hotel that has seen better days.”
The room's air-con was not working well, so I had to adust the temperature by opening/ closing the only window in my room that opened. Water in the bathroom was not hot enough. Internet connection was fast enough, and the buisiness center (though small) was very helpful. If you come out of the hotel and walk towards right, there is a small, nice alley with restaurants. If you really need to be in the area of the hotel, then, this may be a good choice to avoid the traffic in Beijing.

great place to stay if you are Russian or Chinese”
worst features: I have never visited an international hotel that does not have someone who can speak english, I had 5 breakfasts, all the same because the staff could not understand english and the breakfast menu was in Chinese and Russian. The upcoming trend for overseas visitors will be english speaking, this hotel has all the good features exept this one. The rooms are clean and the service staff do a good job of keeping them clean.

Overall a nice hotel, especially if you plan on shopping in the area. Downtown sightseeing sites are also within 5-10 min drive. Rooms are nice and clean, although surprisingly small when compared to the pictures provided on the website. Breakfasts are poor though, with little options. Also the staff seemed to be somewhat negative towards russian speaking guests, at times even rude.

Located in a predominantly Russian district. Easy to access, and close to a range of things like silk market, embassies etc. no wireless Internet access in rooms but a Starbucks within 5 minutes walk compensated.

Good location near yabaolu and good breakfast ”
We are 4 persons stayed in 2 rooms with breakfast as confirmed booking. But at the reception manager delayed giving a breakfast coupon to us when we check in ! In the morning we again asking breakfast coupon and the staff gived it finally ! Except this problem, everything is Ok .
