"The washer/dryer is excellent and very convenient. The air-conditioning works very well. The breakfast has broad selections, with both western and eastern food and the taste is delicious. The staff is very nice. We had a problem with the Safe at one time, Jerry came over and resolved the problem smoothly. Housekeeper Ms. Zou and Ms. Gou did a very good job, we were fully satisfied with both of them. I highly recommend this serviced apartment and will book it again once return to Changsha. The only sorrow is that there is a distance to a metro station, would need a taxi. I would also hope the staff can strengthen a little more in English speaking and listening. "
