Geneva hotels & places to stay

Instead of paying full price to stay in Center Geneva, u can stay here and pay around 60% less ... rooms are super clean, free mineral water top up everyday ... they provide free shuttle from airport to hotel ... they provide card for free public transport rides all over Geneva, city to the hotel by bus is only 20 minutes and buses in geneva are very punctual ... there are a few restaurants nearby which u can have ur dinners, for breakfast there is a nice little cafe which is by the main road, 4-5 mins walk from the hotel which serves superb range of local pastries ... and most importantly all their staff in this hotel is so friendly and accommodating, providing any info needed ... I don’t review many hotels but this hotel really deserve the thumbs up 👍

I really recommend this hotel for travelers, you get such an incredible rate off agoda in comparison to what the hotel sells for if you were to go in and book a room. The rooms are really spacious and clean, there are comfortable double beds and wonderful amenities throughout the hotel facilities. It's walking distance to other parts of Geneva easily, and not exceptionally far from the UN, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We didn't expect that much from a Three Star hotel. The decoration is a perfect match of baroque and modern style. The bed was really comfortable and the room very large and clean. You don't have to ask for anything because it's already in the room (kettle, Coffee, Tea, Iron, Safe, Led TV and DVD Player). Breakfast available until 1 PM at least... And finally the Room Service offers a high quality standard Menu (not that expensive), that you could find in very good restaurant. A very Human Sized Place...

We stayed one night at the end of our sightseeing trip to the Swiss Alps. We wanted a location that would allow us to see the tourist highlights of Geneva (of which there aren't that many-- one day in Geneva is enough!) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free bus passes.We slept well, and were able to catch a nearby bus (#5) to the airport for a 20 minute ride the next morning. I spent a considerable time before the trip surveying the prices for Geneva hotels, and found that the Hotel Les Nations was a very good value for the money, at least by expensive Geneva standards. The only possible negative is the lack of air conditioning. The room came with a fan, but this would have been inadaquate on a hot day. We visiting when the outside temperature was about 65F during the day, so this was not an issue for us.

Location: This hotel is only one street away from Geneva train station, where trains, trams and buses are accessible. Starbucks is just next to it, and many restaurants and shops are nearby. Room: I booked for a single room. The room size is adequate. It is clean, with stylish design. Bed is comfortable, pillow may be a bit too soft for me. Bathroom is great except that there is no shower curtain/screen so the floor might get a bit wet after shower. Service: Staffs are nice and friendly. I have asked them several things (directions, restaurants...) and they have gave me good answers. Price: Can be a little bit expensive but compared to other hotels and knowing that the living cost in Geneva is quite high, it is reasonable.

We had a fantastic stay! When one reserves hotels with a rating of 2 stars, one does not usually expect very much. On this occasion, we chose the Hotel de Geneve because it met our budget - but we imagined that we would not be very happy. Exactly the opposite happened! The hotel is only 2 or 3 blocks from Place Cornavin and its convenient network of public transportation. While not luxurious, our room was spacious and in good shape. Hotel staff pay close attention to details and are meticulous about maintenance and keeping things in order. Our room had a flat-screen TV with international programming and full bathroom with small shower (the hotel offers the option of shared showers). We requested early check-in and our room was ready when we arrived. Staff are fluent in English and Spanish. The breakfast buffet was honestly so good that it would put some pricier Geneva hotels to shame. We would be very pleased to return to this property with a down-to-earth family atmosphere!

The hotel has a very good location. It is not far from the train station so it is easy to commute by walking for 10 mins from the hotel. This hotel is just on the Lake Leman, just few minutes walk from the hotel. Our friend even got a room with lake view. The rooms were good and decorated with different styles and themes. Although, the rooms were not big but we have had a good stay there for one night. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for business and family travelers.

We visited in November 2017 as this was one of the very few hotels in Geneva with a walk in shower for disabled people. It was recently renovated so well up to high standards. The cleaning staff were exceptionally clean, professional, pleasant and polite and the room was kept well cleaned during our stay. The desk staff were wonderful. The women staff were so professional, intelligent and KIND in their approach and went out of their way to help us, always with calm, warmth & smiles,which I hope the hotel owners/chain are aware of - they have excellent staff..The many various male staff (except just one guy who was helpful but unfortunately a bit cocky and rude) were exceptionally kind and HELPFUL at all hours of the day and night. We cannot thank all these staff enough and really loved being in their hotel as a result. The location is excellent,a few minutes walk from the train and bus station on one side, & within a 15 minute walk from Lake Geneva.I'd say more but for the word limit.

Tiffany Hotel is considered the best hotel we booked throughout our whole Europe trip this time. It was beautiful. Love their old school elevator. The rest area is cozy, feel so calm even just sit down there and rest. They have sauna and steam room for the guest also. The room is fantastic, it comes with with balcony. And room size is just nice for a couple. Exactly what we want for the trip. Their staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much and we had a good time while our stay at Tiffany hotel. It makes our last stop in Europe more relax and we don’t wish to go home! Will book this hotel if we ever visit Geneva again.

We were passing back through Geneva, we booked this place because of its location. Unfortunately when we arrived they were booked out as there were cancellations at the airport. We had prebooked on agaoda, however they had not turned of the system so it was still taking bookings... Even though there was this issue, they paid for a taxi to another NH hotel and transfered the payment to that hotel and gave us free breakfast. So we ended up very happy with the service and its an excellent hotel chain, would definitely use them again

It was incredibly convenient. Located right outside of the main Geneva Train Station, the hotel provided us with very easy access to travel to all parts of Switzerland. The free buffet breakfast included an array of croissants, breads, yogurt, cheese, ham and a whole selection of Jam. The service, cleanliness and decor were top-notch and given the price, we were very happy with Hotel Bernina.

This hotel was a nice business hotel and the hotel is operate in Eco style. Hotel located in not a best place, but only take three stop bus can reach city center and very easy to get transportation(buses & tram). The best things staying this hotel can get free transportation in Geneva City for unlimited. Right opposite hotel is a supermarket. This hotel is value for money. I will highly recommended for this hotel.

A friend and I went to Geneva for a weekend trip from Paris. We didn't care where we stayed, we just wanted something close to the center and we planned to just drop our bags and go - which is exactly what we did! We arrived around 11 and they let us check in early which was great. We got a room with 2 bunkbeds, so KIND of like a dorm but our own private dorm? With shared bathrooms which was fine for us. It was about 15 min walk to the city center. Great value for the price

Check-in was fast, staff were helpful with good communication, the room was clean and modern design with high-tech control. Our room has the spectacular view of Lake Geneva, was very delighted to stay in this hotel. We had dinner at Le Grand Quai restaurant, staff were friendly and explained the details of every dishes in order for us to order the food we wanted. Location of the hotel was excellent, centrally located which we could have a walk to the front (alongside Lake Geneva) and at the back (the shopping area, all the luxury brands).

Great value hotel in a good location close to tram line and Geneva waterfront. The hotel was undergoing some renovations when we were there but the renovations were restricted to the lower floors and we were in a room on fourth floor and had no disturbance at all from there. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Good value for money. We would stay again when next in Geneva.

Close to the Train Station was something which I was looking at while booking the hotel. Was travelling with family including 2 kids aged 8 and 12 years. The location was quite easy to find and staff was quite helpful in guiding us for local visits. The hotel room was one of the best on the trip and the kids quite enjoyed it. The room was spacious and bathroom was also clean. Will highly recommend for families

Everything was amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpfully! Clean and safety rooms, lockers, good wi-fi connection, modern interior, delicious breakfast, free city transportation card until the booking period and very soon everything what need for discover the town. The kitchen and the resting area is also very good. I just can recommend from my heart for anybody who want to visit Geneva!

We really enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental Geneva Hotel. The location was perfect. Very near the bus stop. The hotel staff were very helpful. We really appreciate their concierge, Nicolas. He was very accommodating and gave us the best advice of doing a day trip to Montreux. The next time we decide to visit Geneva, we will definitely stay at Intercontinental Geneva Hotel again!
