"I arrived from Geneva late at 11pm so all i need was to quickly get to the hotel. Hotel Astoria is about 7mins walk from the train station! Continental breakfast was not the best but very sufficient. The hotel is only 5mins walk from the famous Chapel Bridge, 7mins walk to the markets, 10mins walk to the shopping area near Chapel Bridge, and also very convenient for us to grab a bus to Luzerne (10mins). Surrounding looks really safe and quiet too, and staffs were friendly. Our rooms was furbished pretty nicely, and most amenities can be requested via front desk. If you are a traveller who is dropping by Luzerne for a short stay, this hotel's proximity to the attractions is most suitable."

"Hotel is overall fine, but my room (202) was two floors above the restuarant and included the chimney from the pizza oven. This (chimney) was so hot throughout my stay that the hotel provided a mobile aircon unit (nice), but this could only be vented through a fully open window (rather stupid). So, if you stay in the summer, ask not to be put in any of the rooms which include the pizza oven chimney, simply way too hot."
