"The hotel itself was fine and staff were very nice, The price included clean pajamas which got changes as well as the bed linings every day. The price also included breakfast. The location is within the walking distance to many central attractions of Nagoya, also very easy to find places to eat. The only thing stood out was the rubbish on the pavement outside of hotel (nothing to do with the hotel). Japan being such a clean country, it was unusual to see any litter normally, but for the 2 days we stayed in this hotel, the street where the hotel was covered by a lot of litter, which was a shame. For that reason, we can not give it a 5 star for location."

"Very clean facility with comfortable beds and they provide towels, hair dryer, shampoo and co. Which is great! They have two separate elevators, one for male and one for female. Their is a nice lounge on top of the facility and the staff was friendly! They only thing that was annoying is that that you have to check out everyday around 10 am even if you stay several days. That means no sleeping as long as you want. However if you stay longer you can at least keep your luggage in the locker. I recommend this place if you stay only one or two days in Nagoya."

"Hotel's location is great. Few meters from the metro train and away from the busy night life. (It is also near the nagoya castle if you like walking.) Rooms were not that big but this is standard for Japan hotels. Everyday housekeeping was great. Not much selection for breakfast buffet. I suggest get your food at the nearest 7-11 or any convenience store near it. "

"The reason why I choose this hotel is its location and car park facility. Despite I have clearly mentioned in my hotel booking for a car park reservation, no car park was offered to me as a hotel guest and I had to park in the nearby shopping mall car park. It is very inconvenient that I have to carry all luggage and walk to/from the hotel. Besides, the English language capability is also disappointing. Even simple communication is failed....can't imagine a hotel in a big city!!!"

"The room is perfect - the lock system, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was very nice, the shower facilities were good. However, the location of the hotel was very far from the nearest subway station (Sakaemachi station) - a 9-min walk. There is a limousine bus service from a hotel nearby (Nagoya Tokyu Hotel) that has a direct bus service (1,200 yen) to Nagoya Chubu Centrair airport - so that was quite conveninet. The area around the hotel gets very quiet at night - with nothing much around theh hotel."
