"Pros - Decent hostel to stay with a direct bus from St. Moritz train station. Lovely and responsive staff. Wonderful breakfast. dining/common area on ground floor is pretty cool to relax and spend time. Provides dinner on request (at additional cost). Has small play area for kids. Walking distance to St Moritz lake. Cons - No kitchen (they say for safety reasons). But this remote place needs a kitchen for few guests. Need to rely on only one bus which comes over or a taxi or a walk (20min) to reach train station. May be it was winter and christmas day, which made me feel like a remote place. Had a very good time at this place. Just had some smell always in the room and I think it was because of the other guests in my room who I believe did smoke in the room."

"Upon arrival & departure between the hotel and the St Moritz train station, my husband & I enjoyed a free shuttle provided by the hotel, which is important because we were carrying 2 pieces of heavy luggage. The Engadin Card provided by the hotel is very helpful in facilitating easy and comfortable trips in the area. Christina, a front desk staff, is most efficient and helpful. As requested, she assigned a quiet room to us, which facilitated a peaceful stay of 2 nights to us. This is important because we are both light sleepers. In addition, she also walked an extra mile in providing very helpful information to us regarding places of interest around the area, bus time table and even tax refund matters. We always saw her on duty at the front desk and she appeared to be working round the clock ! Cindy"

"We chose the hotel due to its restaurants during the pandemic. The room rates were reasonable for St. Moritz and its location is great for skiing. The bus station to go for Corvatsch is just around the corner and Signal Bahn to go up to Corviglia is about 5 to 10 min walking. If you wand to go swimming, St. Moritz pool is also just around the corner. Btw: Some renewing was going on. It seems like the lobby area gets an overhaul. The room we were in, was already renewed. But the elevator is still old school and a bit scary."

"I surprised my girlfriend with a trip to St. Moritz, she had been dying to go! She had no idea where we were going all the way up until we parked and were walking up to the hotel (I parked far away for dramatic effect) once she realized where she was and what we were doing I proposed! She said Yes! I already called and told the hotel my plans, and they upgraded me to a Junior suite for free! I asked them to put some flowers together and a card, and they made a super super nice one! Everything was absolutely perfect! I love the Hotel and the people working there! The casino was super cool and the spa was very nice "

"We took the complimentary shuttle upon arrival at St Moritz train station to the hotel that has the charm of old time splendour. The big chocolate bar as a welcome gift in the family room made our day. The breakfast spread was also very good. For dinner, we went to Pizzeria Caruso at the sister hotel, Hotel Laudinello, and approached the Restaurant Manager, Mohammad, to help us with a halal meal for the family. The service from the restaurant staff was excellent and we were served with a sumptuous meal that was awesome and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable time at St Moritz! "
