"I stayed here during September where it's in low season in Zermatt view room so this is a late review . I enjoyed my stay here, the reception is always so friendly and willing to help, felt the great hospitality throughout. Instead of a hotel, i say this place feels like home with its cozy and homely feeling. the breakfast selection was good , having stayed in switzerland for 2 weeks in different hotels, felt that the cheese selections here have a wide selection. The room was spacious where i can open up my two huge suitcase inside with lots of space. Room and toilet are clean and organised when i stepped in. Would love to stay here again when back in zermatt! Thank you for the great job! "

"With location just in front of Zermatt Train Station, it is a very recommended hotel to stay in Zermatt. It has big kitchen as well. The bathroom is shared, but it's not really an issue, during our stay, rarely did we find anyone occupying the bathroom when we needed to use it. And by the way, each room has its own wash basin. Just perfect! "
