I love everything here! The facilities are great. I traveled and stayed during the summer, and the air-conditioning worked really well. The toilet is clean and the water temperature is just right. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The staff are super nice and helpful. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage there and also use the toilet. They are very welcoming. The bed is suuuuper comfortable if you’re between 150–170 cm tall. If you’re taller, it might not be as comfortable. I also love the location because I like the neighborhood in Yongsan. But if you’re new to Seoul and planning to travel from the airport by bus or train, it might be a bit difficult, especially if you have a very large bag. but if you love to go bu taxi. it's very a good choice!
The place is newly renovated and so, the cleanliness and facilities is really impeccable. The owners also provides fresh towels, toilet papers, water cooler and cold bottled water for guests to take everyday. And if you forget or don't have any cables or adaptors, they also provide all u need. As for the location of the place, it is located right next to Yongmun Market which means you can go to market to experience the neighbourhood vibes. It's pretty strategic as it's located two main bus stops or you can opt to walk 7 minutes to the HyoChang Station. Either way, i really enjoyed my stay there and I hope i will be able to come back to stay again soon :)
I used the accommodation for one night by myself! I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, so I wondered if I could leave my luggage; however, I was confused because I couldn't figure out how to open the entrance. Normally, you would receive information about the entry method beforehand, but I thought it might have been overlooked, so I registered on LINE using the QR code posted at the entrance. I was able to contact them via LINE within 15 minutes, and ultimately, they allowed me an early check-in, which was a great help! Both the building entrance and the room key can be accessed with a PIN code, so there's no need to carry a key. There were also power strips available, so I didn't have trouble finding outlets, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Bottled water was freely available, and it was convenient to take towels from there! Since this place just opened, it was very clean, and the quality for this price is the best I've experienced so far! The distance to Yongsan Station is surprisingly far, so I recommend taking a bus when carrying luggage. The area at night is quite quiet, which might make some people feel a little uneasy. Personally, I liked that it wasn't noisy! The staff members were very kind, and I felt warmhearted as it had been a while since I received such kindness in Korea. I am extremely satisfied with the cost performance, location, and most importantly, the kindness of the staff! I plan to use this accommodation again for my next stay in Seoul! I recommend it! ☺️
Crashin Yongsan is a very wonderful place to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The staff are welcoming friendly, kind and so helpful. Helped us to find abalone porridge restaurant. Offered cold water to take with us when going out because it's a hot day. Great location close to train station and a little market place with local restaurants full of local people eating, run by very friendly and kind people. People next door table even offered for us to try their noodles when we asked what type of noodles they were eating.

I had an amazing 6-night stay at Crashin Yongsan in a Single Deluxe room. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and came with excellent facilities, both in the room and the shared kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the TV had a great selection of channels. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality—the staff regularly checked in through messages to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, completed in under a minute. The room was perfectly soundproof, offering a peaceful experience, helped by the considerate neighboring guests. I truly hope this place continues to attract the right crowd because I would love to stay here again. The location was fantastic—only a 7-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of bus stops nearby making it easy to travel anywhere. The area itself had numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, adding to the overall convenience. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood that still had a lively atmosphere, it felt like the perfect balance. I preferred staying here over tourist-heavy areas like Hongdae and Myeongdong. Getting to and from the airport was also incredibly convenient. I took the airport train to Gongdak Station, where a connecting bus was easily accessible right opposite one of the exits. The bus ride to the hotel took just about 10 minutes, making my arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. You can tell the staff put their heart into running this place, and it truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!
