I stayed here for 6 nights with my sister. We booked this hotel because we want hotel with easy access to metro and near the Myeongdong shopping area, but with the great price. It turned out to be the best decision we’ve made. The hotel was just between Lotte Mall and Lotte Young, so it’s already a plus point for location. Just below the hotel we can find Starbucks, GS25, and Seven Eleven, so another plus point if we want to buy snacks/drinks on our way out and home. In just 2 minutes walk from hotel, we can also see the underground crossing, so we can access Myeongdong Shopping area easily. The end point of the crossing was already directly the main street of Myeongdong, so it has a lot of steetfood on that street. We can also access metro easily, either use Euljiro 1 station (can access via Lotte Mall, so indoor path) or Myeongdong station. It was very convenient to commute from/to the hotel. The hotel itself was more spacious compare to nearby and similar hotel in Myeongdong. They provide 2 bottle of drinking water everyday, and clean our room everyday. We could store our luggage before checkin time and after checkout time also there. Smooth experience on the checkin and out process. They have friendly staff also, who will greet you every time you arrived at the hotel! We would definitely stay on this hotel again when we go back to Seoul! 감사합니다!

During our week-long winter trip to Seoul, we spent the last two days at this hotel. The four of us booked a family room, and upon check-in, we realized it was actually two connected rooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds). This turned out to be even better since we had two bathrooms. However, there’s one thing I have to complain about. One of the rooms didn’t have a window. Since it was winter, the hotel’s central air conditioning wasn’t operating, making the windowless room extremely stuffy and uncomfortable—it felt like there was no air at all, which was such a pity. After this experience, I’ve learned my lesson: I’ll always make sure to request a room with windows when booking in the future

The Manager, Kevin, was fantastic with excellent service provided by all staff. The breakfast was great variety with exceptional view of the city. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Any Aussies reading this I strongly recommend this really great hotel, rooms are so clean and showers are strong pressure, and the loo seats are heated! Bidet as well.

“A week of vacation in heart of Seoul”
Hotel in located in heart of Seoul, you can get here easily from Incheon Airport via airport limousine bus. Myeongdong is a short walking distance away from the hotel as well as Lotte Mall which is just opposite the street. Metro station is also few minutes walk away. It is centrally located and transportation makes it easy to go anywhere via metro. I also recommend to walk to Namsan if you plan to visit there, it’s just 15mins walk from the hotel and you get to enjoy the city vibe while strolling the way. The hotel itself is decent, room size is ok and the staffs do clean up room everyday based on your needs . Friendliness of staff depends on who you met, but mostly are friendly, polite and helpful. For me, hotels facilities is not my top priority during vacation trip, thus I have not much expectation on this element. Overall, It’s a nice hotel and will choose this hotel again if I visit Seoul again.
