We stayed for 8 nights and was very happy that we had a room on the 24th floor with nice view facing Lujiazui high rise & Nanjing Road! It’s very clean, the bed very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay with the good location and easy access to the metro which we used daily. All the staff we dealt with were professional and speak good English. Really appreciate the cleaning ladies who gave us 5-6 bottles of water daily as the weather was very hot especially for the first 5 days of our stay. We didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment. We didn’t have any hotel breakfast, too as we didn’t want to rush in the morning - breakfast closes at 10am - so can’t comment . Would highly recommend this hotel!

When booking the hotel, we paid more for a newly renovated room, and it’s the best decision. The room is very clean and there’s more than enough space for the 2 of us with 2 large luggage. As we arrived very early, Ms Iris Zheng from the reception counter greeted us with smiles and offered us a room as early as she could without us requesting for it. We really appreciated this sweet gesture! The housekeeping ladies at level 10 are always very kind and warm whenever we ran into them, and even when we didn’t require cleaning every day of our stay, they never failed to check if we needed anything. And when we requested for water, a lady promptly brought us 4 bottles of water and paper very cheerfully. It is sincere service like this that really makes our trip even more happy and memorable!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are helpful n courteous. Room is big n clean. The staff can respond to our enquiry swiftly. Hotel location is also excellent, nanjing pedestrian street just behind hotel. Lots of eateries n shops nearby.

Stayed 6 nights The Good: - Excellent location. - Spacious room. The Bad: - The room description on Agoda was misleading. It stated the room included "1 King bed and 1 Queen bed," with a photo showing two beds side by side. However, the room only had 1 King bed and a sofa bed, which is not a Queen bed. It's unclear whether this was an error on Agoda's part or the hotel's. - The "sofa bed" was heavily worn down from frequent use. The cushions sagged, causing a noticeable slope at the front. It was uncomfortable to sit on and completely unsuitable for sleeping. - I couldn't sleep at all on the first night. After filing complaints with Agoda and the front desk, the hotel provided a roll-away bed, but even that was far from comfortable. - This was, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable hotel stay I've ever experienced. - Checking in took too long

Great location. The back entrance of hotel leads to shopping area, or Nanjing Pedestrian walk. Mrt is walking distance from hotel. There are many entrances to the mrt line n can b quite confusing. Just behind hotel alot of food, eateries. I was initially confused by the 2 addresses of the hotel . No. 700 jiujing Road is the main entrance of hotel that allows car to drop off passenger. The other address stated is the back entrance of hotel, which is the walking hotel. Housekeeping is really good. Room clean n tidy. Hotel provides complimentary water during our stay and with coffee/tea in room. Wifi is bad. Hotel 1st floor, back entrance , leads to hotel's restaurant has daily fresh bakeries and sell cooked local shanghainess dishes for take away. The side of hotel has subway ,cafes n coffee takeaway. Bund is about 20 to 25 mins walk from hotel , depending on ur speed. Rem to have alipay , wechat ready for payment, some cash in case both dun work. Didi is a must download app for taxi booking, similar to grab.
