Amazing little piece of heaven ”
From the moment we reached Phuket International Airport Banyan Tree staff were there to greet and welcome us. They walked us through the airport, carried our luggage and escoretd us out to our vehicle. The resort is amazing, located in the middle of the Laguna Area. The villa was surrounded by fabulous lagoons, luscious green meadows, and breathtaking views. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond, will bender backwards, just to fulfil whatever your heart my desire. The place is absolutely child friendly, they provide child aminities upon request anything from sterilisers, lotions, cribs, car seats and high chairs. everything you need is available. I recommend not going full board, the amount is overpriced, no matter how much you eat you will still be below the full board rate. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who seeks relaxation, peace of mind and serenity. Truly it is a peace of heaven. I would love to revisit again!

short but good”
Everything went well with our short but relaxing stay at double pool villas (2 days, 1 night) and we wished we had stayed longer. Maybe next time. The villa manager was really nice and helped us to book a show and a hotel car to get there as well as a car for the next day to the airport. Everything was nice and clean, at night they lighted small candles around the sleeping room which gave off a very romantic atmosphere. They also provided a baby bed (for our 10 months old) without charge. Only thing they missed (not sure if it was a missunderstanding or not), was a car seat for our baby (which the other hotel we stayed before, provided). Would love to come back. Banyan Tree is a quite huge complex, so, if you stay at those villas, you better either use their bubby (call) or go by bike, which where placed by the entry when we arrived.

Heavenly stay with great hotel service and spa ”
Everything was great from the moment we got picked up from the airport. The villa was luxurious with a nice full bathroom and a bedroom surrounded by pool. Our personal housekeeper handed us a Nokia upon our arrival, and provided help to us whenever needed. The spa at Banyan Tree was one of the best I have experienced. We had dinner at the Tre, a French and Vietnamese Fusion restaurant. The restaurant staff set up a private in-door table for us when we told them that we prefer not to be outside (because of mosquitoes).

Best Resort in Phuket Hands Down”
By far the best resort in Phuket. I am a very discerning traveler as I spend over 200 nights in five star resorts around the world every year, and I would give this resort 10 out of 10 with confidence. The pictures don't really tell the story - you need to see it for yourself. I highly recommend this resort! And to the Banyan Tree staff: you've done a great job, keep it up!

Heavenly accommodation in Phuket”
From the moment you enter the Banyan tree you are treated like Royalty. Exceptional Staff and accommodation. The manager allowed us a late checkout as our flight was in the evening. Breakfasts were sumptuous feasts attended to by the awesome OOH. Our personal Butler, Tac looked after us and saw to our every whim. Cant wait to return.

Very nice but the food at the resort ( Banyan tree) could be better. Don't go there if you're thinking of putting your kids to the kids club as it is a really poor one!!! Only some activities in a room without windows!!! And all the kids activities are supervised by the fitness staff. So not by kids oriented staff...

Double Pool Was Not Really Double pool”
Firstly want to said that is the service is not like as a 5 star hotel, Each villa have its owns Housekeeper, but she only work until 6 o'clock. everything also need to contact customer service, When Check in the room, I tell her the pool at the room is very dirty, she reply me that coz its after raining, so there have many leaves. But the water in the pool will not flow, it is a dead water, But she not willing to help me to call cleaning. That make me cant use the pool in the room, so disappointed. And I asked for playing the lantern that i see the another blogger to introduce, that she also reply me cant arrange coz of the raining weather, but whole night any raining. further at the night.

Everything was perfect except food and cleaning could be done better. Especially in villa breakfast and buffet dinner is no where near banyantree's reputation. Otherthan that, makes you feel so special and important. We decided to come back later when we have kids.

It clearly lacks facility upgrade and maintenance. Our double pool villa is very big but every night there were rats making a lot of noises and in the morning we found rats shit here and there. Food quality and wine list are so so. For sure Phuket could provide more than this kind of experiences.

到着したその時から試練が始まりました。 初日。トイレ、洗面所、ミニバー、冷蔵庫、クローゼットにヤモリ。 寝室には、長さ10センチ程の黒っぽいいも虫のような虫が床を這いずり廻っていました。 ２ベッドルームでしたが、結局ひとつのベッドで3人一緒に寝ました。 2日目。 取り敢えず、イモリは昼間は出てこないだろうと少し安心していたところ、今度は外のプールの周りを、1メートル程の大トカゲ（？）がウロウロ。 1時間程様子を見て、恐る恐るプールに入ったものの気が気ではなく、 更に蜂が飛び回る為、早々に退散。 結局共用プールに行きました。 そして夜、緊張しながら部屋に帰り、まずイモリの有無を確認したところ、目に見える場所には居なかった為ホットしたその瞬間、洗面所のオブジェに10センチ程の大きな緑色 の虫を発見。 たまたま割り箸を持っていたので、四苦八苦しながらもビニール袋に閉じ込める事が出来き安心したのも束の間、今度は床を這うムカデ。 ここでも割り箸が活躍し、何とか外に追い出しました。 もちろんヤモリは、室内に何匹も。 この時点で、私は翌日ホテルを移ろうと考え、スマホでホテルを探し始めたのですが、中々空室が見つからず断念。 もう1日「我慢」。 40数万円も払って、何故我慢しなければいけないの？ バトラーの方には、その都度訴えていたのですが、毎回「ここは自然がいっぱいだから仕方ない」で終わり。大トカゲについては「もっと大きいのがいるよ。まだ小さい方」だそうで・・・。 3日目。 プール周りには、またもや大トカゲ。 室内のヤモリは神出鬼没。 ダイニングテーブルの上にも堂々と。 タオルを持って来た女性に、テーブル上のヤモリを取ってほしいと依頼しましたが、悪さはしないからと、笑いながら去って行きました。 地元の方々にとっては普通のことかもしれませんが、宿泊客が「恐い」 「不快だ」と言っているのだから、真剣に対処するべきでは？ 4日目。チェックアウト ようやく恐怖から解放される日がやって来ました。 チェックアウトがこんなに待ち遠しいホテルステイは初めてでした。 ホテルの車で敷地の外に出た瞬間、緊張から解放され、やっと家族の顔に笑顔が戻りました。 次のホテルはどうだろうかなど話していたところ、何故か空港へ。 専属バトラーさんに、ちゃんと

一踏出機場登上計程車，向司機講Banyan Tree，司機便表情誇張地稱讚我們選了好地方，還不忘擧起大拇指，害怕我們不理解。到達Resort,門口就站着三四個接待的工作人員，看到我們，忙親切地打招呼，搬行李，帶我們到Lobby check in,知道我們訂的是Double Pool Villa,立即態度更殷勤了，招呼我們在這等給我們配備的私人24小時管家。 Resort周邊和Villa裏面的環境都是一流的，每天都有多個工作人員兩次清潔打掃屋子，新鮮時令水果更是一應俱全。每次我們出去完回來就像剛入住時的整齊樣，簡直是帝王般的享受！ 接着幾天我們的私人管家照顧我們一切所需，無微不至。酒店的早餐更是值得一提，中式，泰式，西式等多種精美的早餐任君選擇，還有專人即場為你準備你所喜歡的蛋類早餐。我們起得晚，常常把這豐富的早餐當成午餐一併吃！ 總而言之，這是一家非常好，幾乎無可挑剔的Resort,只是價格真的有點貴！^^
