The stuff here is very friendly and helpful. Have free breakfast,dinner and hightea. Environment is very good, near west railway station, a lot restaurant and shopping mall nearby. Highly recommend for short trip in Beijing.

Everything is right to live the name of Hilton”
Basically everything is fine. But it doesn't know why the Room Air-Cond can't be adjusted. The hotel give me an additional Air Cooler when i made a complaints, it does help but doesn't solve the actual problem. The corniege and reception staffs service honestly doesn't live up to their standards. But as i encounter a very friendly and helful Reception Staff, i decided to give them 5 stars in Staff reviews. He someone off set all his colleagues poor attitudes.

Convenient location, near Beijing West station. The waiting time for check-in was quite long even it was a late check in at around 11 pm, only 2 staffs were working at the reception. Taxi and car could not stop in front of the hotel for too long as the area is too small, not convenient when going out in the rush hours.

Great accommodation, right next to the mall. Convenient to find food around. Quite a strategic location if you wish to travel around the central area of Beijing, i.e. Wangfujing, Nanluoguxiang, and Xidan etc.

carpets are outdated for a reason, they retain stains and unpleasant looking marks, scratches. Checking in was pleasant, the fresh cookies was a nice touch. Didn’t expect the rooms to be on the older and dirtier side when compared to my other China hotel stays.

Don’t be fooled by the signage or the glass exterior of the building. There’s nothing in this hotel that remotely comply with the Hilton or Double Tree standard. The Hilton group should really terminate their franchise. At best, it’s a 1 star hotel. More like an air bnb apartment than a branded hotel. You see molds on the tiles of the toilet. Bed runners and curtains haven’t been washed for a year. Bed sheets have spots that looks like human fluid. Towels are yellowish. Vault and door locks are not working. Lobby is dim and filthy. And this is all factual. Not a bit of exaggeration. Don’t be the next victim. ..

Great Hospitality and Nice Interior”
Everything was good. We didn't want to be in the center of Beijing but we wanted a nice, well-furnitured room. Doubletree by Hilton Beijing Hotel was a perfect match. It made us comfortable, soothing, relaxing. You can go to shop in near shopping mall area, Xidan. Even, the building next to Hotel is the shopping mall. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Trusted brand perfect for late night arrival at Beijing West Railway Station ”
We were diverted to Beijing at the last minute after not being able to get train tickets to our planned destination. We booked through Agoda while on the train and arrived at Beijing West Railway Station around midnight. Being a Hilton brand meant we could trust it and it didn't disappointment. Friendly staff at reception and a warm welcome cookie were very welcome at 12.30am after a 5 hour train trip and nearly getting stranded in Xi'an. Room was clean and well appointed, shower was hot and with plenty of pressure, bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet wasn't amazing but adequate and caters for both Western and Chinese clientele.

One of my best experience in China. The hotel is at a very good location, close to everything. The room is super large, with modern decor. The staff is friendly and competent. Compared with other DoubleTree Hilton (or Hilton) in other cities, this one stands out by far.

Great experience for a family”
we are a family with small kids. we booked a room with a king bed. the room is clean and spacious. the whole floor is non-smoking. we also used the swimming pool. in general, it was a great experience. the front desk is helpful and nice. i think we got a good deal by booking online 3 days ahead. i also found out on the last day the hotel offers free shuttles to various places in beijing. i wish i knew that earlier. the lady who cleans the house is very nice. the in room internet access is not free. the lobby has free internet access, but there is only a few couches in the lobby. also, my friends said it is not easy to find the hotel. there are many taxies next to the hotel, but many don't take us - was that because we are a big family? i didn't eat there so no comments on food/drink.
