    “Amazing stay”

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alberni Hotel in Jebel Hafeet, and it was an experience worth every moment. The hotel exudes a relaxing ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful cold swimming pool. The serene atmosphere around the pool area allowed for peaceful relaxation, enhanced by the breathtaking views from Jebel Hafeet. The friendly and attentive staff added to the experience, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities at Alberni Hotel are top-notch. The sauna and steam rooms were a welcome treat, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. My room, which had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, was ideal for enjoying a delightful breakfast served by their courteous staff. The room itself was immaculate, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. The option to stream Netflix and YouTube on the television, along with a user-friendly remote, added a modern touch to the stay. The lighting in the room at night created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for winding down. What stood out the most was the quietness of the hotel, allowing for a truly restful night’s sleep. The bed sheets and pillows were not only comfortable but also had a pleasant fragrance, adding to the overall comfort. The bathroom was extraordinary, with a spacious bathtub and a separate shower room, perfectly designed for relaxation.     “Highly recommended”

    We had a generally happy stay at Alberni Hotel. The property is clean, modern, and family-friendly, with great facilities that made our visit comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pool and on-site dining. A few small improvements in service speed and variety of breakfast options would make it perfect, but overall, we left refreshed and satisfied.

    “Excellent place to stay”

    Lovely view of Al Ain city from the mountains, well maintained swimming pool, recommend getting a ground floor room since the windows open to the swimming pool, bathroom layout is a bit strange with WC separate from the bath area and sink, bedroom was neat and clean, staff was attentive and cooperative. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommended.

    “Amazing getaway, beautiful location, clean, friendly, lovely, helpful staff”

    The hotel is located in a National park on top of a hill. As of now the hotel feel brand new, clean with really helpful and kind staff, kudos for them!! We would definitely recommend the place if you wanna go away from city life. Bear in mind that over the weekend the place is packed with families and kids, depending on your need you might consider this fact. The only thing that can be improved (and should be) is the quality of food. It is not the chef or the staff they do their absolute best but the raw materials they get to make food. We would expect from a 5* hotel to provide high quality food (it is ok to charge more) or at least has the option for customers who are willing to pay more for food and get decent quality. Another suggestion is to install something in the room where you can hang your clothes so they can dry properly and you do not need to hang them on top of a lamp or furniture. Another improvement idea is to have 1 big and 1 small pillow. The beds are super comfortable, large, just exactly what you need to rest, however they provide 2 large pillows and for people who does not like large pillow they suffer. These are small things that can improve the experience greatly. Overall, we are totally recommend the place. If you bring your pillow and food, it is a little paradise in the middle of desert on top of a hill, amazing, really! Thanks for the hotel staff for making our stay amazing!!

    I stayed in 3 bedroom villa with my family was really exceptional, the cleanliness the room service and the reception staff Especially Habrriet and Mustafa . My kids enjoyed n pool and the jacuzzi the temp was awesome And the lift made the stay more exciting n easy Highly recommended Will definitely do again n again
