    This is not just a hotel room, but a fully-equipped apartment. The room includes air conditioning, though the temperature can’t be set below 23 degrees. They provided disposable toothbrushes, a small tube of toothpaste, and several shampoo samples. The apartment also featured a washing machine and a coffee machine with capsules
    Things I don’t like
    The apartment is located near the railroad tracks, but the noise is minimal. You should also be aware that the apartment is shared with other guests, although you'll have your own private bathroom. You'll only need to share the kitchen, but during my stay, I never encountered the other guests. The room could use a bit more cleaning, especially under the bed, but overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

    Things I like
    the location is good! 2-3 minutes walk to the Roma tuscalno train station and it takes 5minutes to Roma termini! And nearby there are 2 metro stations! And the boss, Fabio, is extremely kind! He led me the way to the restaurant. On the day that I checked out I left my bag at the hotel in which my passport and all my money were! Fabio kept it and gave me later! Thank you again Fabio!

    I couldn’t find washing detergent when I wanted to use the washing machine. Please add some.

    The guest house is nice. Small but clean and comfortable. Close to the metro and a good restaurant nearby (Osteria de Cavaliere). Bed is comfortable and toilet is clean.
    Things I don’t like
    We had a hard time checking in. We were there at 14:30 since the check in is 14:00 - 22:00 but the host wasn't there. When I checked my phone, I saw a message telling me that the room will be ready at 18:30. I felt really disappointed because we were out walking around the city since morning and we just wanna take a rest and lie down coz we are exhausted from the flight as well. He told us the issue was there is no cleaner available to clean the room so we cannot check in yet. Not a valid reason at all. We didnt have a choice but to wait in a coffee shop for more than 2 hours.
