Beautiful hotel in great location”

We stayed 4 nights at the Furama riverfront hotel. We chose this hotel as it is close to a hop on/off bus stop for our first day. It was close to MRT system and gorgeous restaurants at boat and Clarke quay. The staff were great and for Singapore good price room. We did not eat in the hotel as preferred to go exploring. The staff were brilliant to get us organised for a few day trips, evening junk boat dinner cruise and taxis. Highly recommend

Outperformed initial expectations”

What a fantastic stay we had! All the staff were super attentive and friendly - you can easily get carried away chatting to their doormen everyday; free shuttle bus on the hour multiple times every morning and evening to take you to Clarke Quay and Orchard Road; great buffet breakfast selection; friendly, comfortable atmosphere; modern, clean & spacious rooms. We upgraded to the Executive Club room and the hotel definitely outperformed any expectations we had. We highly recommend Furama Riverfront. =}

One of the best hotel nearby to Clarke Quay”

Stayed in the Executive Suite (comes with free access to the Executive lounge, with free flow of drinks and food from 6pm to 8pm). Room comes with a bathtub. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Don't have much to complain for the price that I am getting and comparing against the few hotels within the vicinity. Have stayed at a few hotels next door to Furama, but this one is the best among all. Only con that I feel is the long time it takes to check-in (waited for than 10 minutes at the counter for the front desk officer to complete the process!). But it's not a major issue to me though. For those who are into clubs and music, this hotel is just a walking distance to Clarke Quay (many live musics/clubbing area and restaurants here) and short distance to Zouk (one of the famous clubbing area in Singapore).

Great Location, Big Rooms ”

In a city where space is limited and shoebox hotels are the norm in Singapore, Furama Riverfront was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious and you could do a decent cartwheel without smashing your head into the wall. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location:- a 2-3 minute stroll to bars and restaurants at Robertson Quay. We had breakfast at Epicurious (Robertson Quay) and food was fantastic. Check out the breakfast here if you have some time to kill as the breakfast place is very popular with residents here. The hotel is near Chinatown as well. It is however, a tad far from the nearest MRT-- a good 15 min trek to Outram MRT. Alternatively, one could walk to the bus stop and wait for Bus no. 75 or 195 to get to Outram MRT station.

Family Week in Singapore”

We chose Furama Riverfront because of central location between our preferred tourist sites and the cost. Enjoyed our stay and wonderful facilities with restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center and laundry mat. With six year old twins, we exclusively ordered room service from the ala carte menu costing us just $20-30 Singapore Dollars a meal for 4 because of great helpings, picky eaters (wife Filipina) and fast delivery. They thoroughly enjoyed the Polywags Waka Waka discovery center as a “kids attraction” in the Annex next door which can also can provide child care during the day. The hotel has a child care available for smaller children and a in-house store for emergrncy supplies. Location a little hard to navigate to and from attractions but we chose to use taxi available right from hotel due to rainy weather in the afternoons costing between $8-14 Singapore dollars one way; light rail, bus, atm, gas station good store, and riverfront walk / dining within blocks. Staff were courteous.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

the furama riverfront hotel is located in a good location very near to robertson quay and clarke quay. there are three other hotels right next to it and the value is decent through agoda. the superior room is a bit small and is of average condition. this is not a new hotel and the decor are ok.

Great option”

Furama Riverfront is a long standing hotel in SG. Though building age is starting to show, I commend hotel management for still maintaining it properly. Cleanliness, service, and value for money is still there. Supplies are refilled daily so you don't have to worry about running out of coffee in the room. It's in an area full of hotels so you'll need some time to go to a nearby bus or train station (short walk to these). What's nice though is that the brown line is being built and should benefit this location once complete.

Great stay, will come back”

We stayed at Furama Riverfront on a 3-day holiday with our kid. Great location, close to Chinatown and not too far from Marina Bay or Clark Quay by cab. Nice big pool and a gym too. Ordered room service a couple of times and not disappointed at all. We didn't eat at the restaurants but the ambience looked great from the outside. Totally recommend this place.

It was indeed a pleasant stay at Furama RiverFront Hotel during my visit to Singapore. I specially appreciate the fact that it was placed away from the hustle bustle of the city (Although it meant traveling, we didn't mind since our tour program solved our traveling woes ~ Thanx to Duck and Hippo Tour operators) Overall I feel I loved Singapore more with this visit (Considering it was an experiment choosing this Hotel since I was here for the first time ever after reviewing it online..) Room and staff service was value for money”

One of the best hotels I've stayed in while in Singapore. Furama riverfront when you get a discounted rate in Agoda is a real steal. The rooms are big (25-28sqm), the swimming pool is clean and larger than what the other hotels offer, the area is quiet and you can sleep soundly at night. Buffet breakfast was good and the selection is definitely better than other 3-4 star hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

extended stay”

we were booked into the Furama Riverfront Hotel for a 3 night stay pre cruise, as we had to cancel our cruise due to the Corona virus we then booked another 2 nights without any problems. Hotel is well situated only a 5 minutes walk to the river & a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the riverside to the many restaurants in Clarke Quay. Hotel room on 10th floor in the Tropical Wing was fine by us. We ate several meals in the 2nd floor restaurant & had the buffet breakfast & the buffet dinner. No complaints with either, Found beer was expensive in the hotel but that's a complaint everywhere in Singapore as the prices are well over the top! Would have no issues in endorsing the hotel to friends & family.

Cozy place with proximity to nightlife”

I thoroughly enjoyed the staycation I had with Furama Riverfront, considering the affordable price and cleanliness of the hotel. Check-in was a breeze too, and the staff were approachable on the whole. Those looking to hit up the nightspots are in for a treat as Clarke Quay and Zouk are all a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Quiet yet convenient location”

had stayed at furama riverfront hotel many times. last minute booking via agoda, didn't print out hotel voucher but still get to check-in easily with the great help of the counter staff. stayed in smoking room but the room is relatively clean and cosy. tv channels are ample, aircondition is strong, beddings are clean, bathroom size is good with a normal size bathtub. in-room dining choices are good. a petrol station with mini-mart is just 5mins walk away, no hassel in getting drinks or ice-cream at late nights. overall stay is great!

Great Location and Big room.”

Room was spacious, modern, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea was available every day. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are heavenly stress reliever. It hard to find a hotel with bathtub nowadays. The only disappointment will be the floor is not carpeted. The location is indisputably great - walking distance from Clarke Quay or Chinatown... and a MRT station less than 200 meters, whether you walk left or right... There are also some "budget" hotels nearby - they cannot really compare to Furama and charge just a few dollars less... so this definitely seemed to be a much better deal. On the other hand, I did not really try to look hard.

Brilliant, Comfortable and Memorable”

The absolute highlight of our stay at the Furama Riverfront was one of the concierges - Mr K Mohammed. He greeted us every morning with a smile and a warm handshake and at the end of each day when we arrived back he would say "welcome home". He was brilliant and we really looked forward to having a chat with him before we left in a morning or when we got back in the afternoon. I do not know if the Furama Riverfront does staff awards but I definitely feel he should receive one!! I will be recommending your hotel to everyone here that I see.

Our new favourite”

We had a wonderful four nights in a club room and will definitely stay at Furama Riverfront next time we visit Singapore - great location great staff nice bar and beautiful pool - needs more chairs around the pool as we had to sit on the ground. Excellent service with great food and drinks from wonderful staff with Jaycel being outstanding - sincere thanks to all the staff at Furama Riverfront for making our stay so memorable

Great Stay!”

We chose the Furama Riverfront Hotel due to its strategic location, being just a 5-min walk from the congress venue. We managed to locate it through a 15-minute walk from Outram Park MRT station. The staff was very accommodating and efficient in facilitating our check-in :-) Our check out was also efficient in that not a single hassle was felt. Will definitely consider this place when going back to Singapore :-)

Comfortable, service-mined staff, nice bedroom. ”

Frist impression since i tried to stay in Furama Riverfront hotel, located in good location and surrounded with the good place like bars and department stores. The staffs are so friendly with service minded. Moreover, the hotel provides the wifi service for the guest and full of other facilites. The bedroom has a big size and the bed is so comfortable and reasoable price for big room like this. Lastly, i want to try other Furama Hotel wherever I travel for sure!

Ultimate service with a smile”

my first visit to singapore and as i was staying there for almost two weeks, it was important to have the right hotel and base to relax in. the furama riverfront made my stay most enjoyable from the moment i arrived. a leaky air conditioning unit on the third night meant i had to move room, but they upgraded me without question and they also laundered my clothes that had been caught by the water leak. the hotel itself is superbly situated for the centre of town, the facilities with are excellent. a great pool and gym facility, restaraunt served great food every day and the staff were exceptional. i would definitely stay there again, maybe next time with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at Furama Riverfront Hotel, Singapore. The room was large, clean, well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very spoilt during our stay. We particularly liked the Executive Club benefits of complimentary drinks and snacks each night.
