Hotel is within walking distance to subway station, restaurants, convenience stores and Niujie muslim street. Staff is very helpful & polite. Can speak English. Hotel is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Good WiFi and amenities are replenished everyday. TV has many Chinese channels including HBO and some international channels for selection. Free fruits upon check in and free coke & beer in fridge. Staffs are friendly and helpful in my queries. We use taxi often to go around but subway is less than 5 mins away.

Situated close to metro with convenience shop nearby. Great staff and great hotel would recommend. Only slight draw back is lack of hotel bar however you can get a drink In the attached restaurant but this closes at 9. Despite that would definitely visit again

Good location - less than 5min walk to subway station”
The hotel is located near to the subway station which accessible to all tourist destinations. Staff are friendly and helpful though they speak little English. I got the business room and it is very spacious and clean with reasonable room rate. The front desk staff are very helpful to all our queries and arrangement to Mutianyu. Except for the price charged for the private car was a little bit too expensive due to last minute booking in the hotel as there is no tour group arrangement in this hotel.

Great stay with friendly staffs”
Near subway station around 3 mins walk. I stayed in April so there is no Aircon available. However room has 2 windows which can be opened to allow cold air entering room every night. Required Amenities are provided everyday including hairdryer and laundry services. I do not have breakfast included but I see it offers some local noodles and few item of western breakfast. They offer free 1 coke, 1 beer and free 2 fruits on the 1st day which is a kind gesture. Bed & pillow is comfy and WiFi is good. Another compliment is their TV channels selection - there is a lot.. more than 30 for sure. I have an enjoyable night time watching tv after sightseeing in the day.

Stayed for 3 nights. Checking in was fast. Some staff at reception had difficulty communicating in English but makes an effort to make you understand. Housecleaning staff were very helpfull and cleans the room everyday. Hotel is clean. You could sometimes smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. It is very near a subway station exit/entrance. Highly recommended.

Staffs at the front desk were super nice and friendly. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The only issue was that the screen of the AC panel was lit up all night and we were unable to dim it.

Friendly and helpful staff as i made a super late check in by ACCIDENT as i was just trying to inquire what was the earliest time i could check in since i arrived there at 3+am . They checked me in and upgraded my room , only cut was that i lost the last night i planned to stay there nevetheless i can't expect them to give me a free night. It was a great stay.

Great service, clean rooms, and convenient location”
Location: convenient location in one of the inner rings of Beijing, 3min walk to the Metro station Guang'anmennei (Line 7) and only 10min to Beijing South Railway Station by Metro. Great service: the front desk staff is very kind and provided help and extra service when needed (such as iron equipment). Clean rooms: nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The pool and gym, however, were public and did not make a good impression. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

EXCEPTIONAL”
The room I got was a business room and it was almost perfect. The toilet is a bidded toilet with the almost same functions u can get from a normal japan toilet. THE SEAT WAS HEATED! which was good as i was in beijing during the winter. The room was big and the bed was wide. There is a working humidifier in the room which they fill up every day if u use that i highly recommend u do. Staff was friendly but it was funny as the counter staff was not able to communicate in English but the concierge was able to communicate quite well. so if u want anything just ask the bell boys. There was a 24 hour Room service and the breakfast spreads was superb with good varieties and delicious food. Location: is great. There is a supermarket across the street and many eatries. All in all i truly enjoyed my stay in beijing due to this hotel.

Great location, easy to travel by public transport! Staff was not trained very professional. They don’t have any family room with one double bed and one single bed, only suite with living room. The advertising of family suite is very misleading. The breakfast was fresh with some local food. Overall, clean and good value.

It was a great stay in this hotel. The security was tight, need to do face-screening to get to the lifts. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the MRT station too. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. There is a muslim restaurant nearby, and its food was nice and price reasonably.
