A friend and I were just there for one night on our way to the islands. Very comfortable stay, clean room, fast wifi, great aircon, and the T'Kafe next door has great, cheap food. One block from the jetty to the Perhentians and travel agencies everywhere to help book things. The bus terminal was right in front so very, very easy access to everything. Definitely the most modern and nicest place in Kuala Besut!

The hotel is very good for a business traveler like myself being in such close proximity to Kerteh airport. The rooms, although on the small side, have most that is required for a short stay. The double bed is comfy and clean, the bathroom also clean and the shower was hot and the towels good. Internet was also fairly good in the bedroom. I did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food (I had to rate the food as a 3 the website demands a rating to enable submission, not good Agoda. How can I rate the food if I do not use the restaurant?) The description in Agoda is incorrect in stating that the rooms have a balcony, they do not. This was not a great issue as the layout of the hotel is good in that they are small blocks of only 2 stories so not far to go outside for a cigarette. If working in the Oil and Gas industry, this hotel is perfect as there is a free shuttle to the airport to ensure no hassles when checking in for the chopper at 6.45AM All in all, a good business hotel for the offshore worker.

I had here with my family, Found out that all needs are complete, such as extra blanket, pillow, bed, kitchen and cooking tools. I have a good communication with owner and she already prepare all necessary item before check in.
