“Short stays and families who want a central location”
We recently stayed at Hamilton Hotel in a suite room during our trip last week, and overall we had a pleasant experience.
The suite room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for families and travellers who appreciate extra space. The bed was cozy, the room was well-maintained, and housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout our stay.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its accessible location. It is conveniently located near shops, eateries, and public transportation, which made moving around the city very easy.
However, there is a nightclub located next door, and the music could be heard at night. Light sleepers may find this a little disturbing, especially during weekends when the music goes on late.
Despite the minor noise issue, we still enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious room in a convenient location — and don’t mind a bit of nightlife noise — Hamilton Hotel is a good choice.

“My first stay here and it was a very positive experience.”
The room was very clean and everything was in remarkable condition. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to be around, while the facilities and everything surrounding were exceptional. The area around the hotel is quite amazing and there is a wide variety and selection of things to choose from when it comes to dining and sources of entertainment. I will definitely be coming back to this place, due to how the accommodations were very well expressed and thoroughly taken care of in such a respectful manner. It really is such a marvelous place within the city limits of Seoul and shows you the best that Itaewon has to offer.

“People working at the reception completely ruined my impression of this hotel.”
The room, the cleanliness, and the location were all fine. But the people working at the reception completely ruined my impression of this hotel.
After I checked out, I left my luggage at the hotel and went to explore the city before my evening flight. Unfortunately, I got caught in the rain and came back to the hotel completely soaked. I asked the reception for a towel so that I could dry myself and change into dry clothes, since I still had a 1.5-hour trip to the airport and then an 11-hour flight to Los Angeles. Their response was: “All towels are only for rooms. We cannot give you any towels.”
This is absolutely unacceptable service. It felt like I was speaking to robots, not to human beings whose job is to take care of their guests’ comfort. They did not treat me like a guest at all, not even like a person.
Because of this, I am giving this hotel 1 star. I strongly advise the management to improve the level of service and teach the staff to treat people as actual human beings, not just as transactions.

“Clean hotel, extremely accessible but only book if you can stand warm rooms and noise all night”
The hotel was in an extremely convenient location with good access to transport and food. Room was decently sized and very clean too. However it was end of March and getting warm but hotel refused to turn on the central air conditioning. The only way to cool the room slightly was by opening the only window location right on top of the bar/pub street whereby you will be subjected to an entire night of booming blasting music and partying noises.
So if you love warm rooms or sleep like the dead, this will be a very good hotel to stay in. Otherwise steer clear or you will get a sleepless night either by suffocation or noise disturbance.

“Exceptional stay experience”
Exceeded my expections with its convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby attraction and shopping areas. Staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Space is well kept and clean. Facilities were great overall but the pool was a bit of a letdown. Strong WIFI, nice bathroom added the comfort, making it a place worth for the money and recommending for anyone visiting the area.
