Very good location and above all, the staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
The mattress was so hard that we had back ache. could not sleep properly for 3 nights. Room is tiny. The only thing great is the location. Near to metro and surrounding attractions.
This hotel is not available for foreigners. Only holders of Chinese identification can stay here. You cannot check in with a passport. Many rooms have no windows, and the bedding was damp. The air conditioning was full of mold, and the toilet was dirty. The Bund and Yu Gardens are within walking distance, so the location is excellent.
Bad smell in the room, very noisy, hotel look entirely in very poor condition. Still, the location is very close to the Bund, as a strong point. However, finding the hotel was not easy, adress should be more clear described.

“I had a hard time with the smell of cigarettes.”
I requested a non-smoking room when making the reservation, but I was assigned a room that was soaked in cigarette smoke. I assumed it was because the rates were low, but still, it was a place where cleanliness, noise, and odor were really hard to tolerate.
