We used this hotel during our family trip. There were several groups of Japanese guests besides us, so I think it’s a hotel where Japanese people can feel secure. Also, the person at the reception during check-in was very kind and spoke slowly, so I believe it would be fine even for those who are not familiar with English. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and can be reached directly from the airport, which is very helpful. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away, making it suitable for accessing tourist attractions. I was personally pleased that it is situated in a residential area, allowing us to dine in restaurants frequented by locals. The room was always kept clean. However, I did find it unfortunate that the outlet around the sink was a bit loose; even though I plugged something in, it would fall out right away. Overall, I think it was a wonderful hotel that exceeded its price.
