The hotel is very fancy and comfortable with affordable price. However the location was not really convenient. It is near Hongqiao airport and there’s pretty much nothing near there except for a quiet shopping mall within walking distance. It is recommended for those who wants to enjoy the excellent hotel facilities.
Although, it's not located in town of Shanghai but it's very close to Hongqiao airport and very convenience to Metro. The facility, cleaning, room, breakfast are all good and comfortable experience. I will go again in my next trip & recommended to friends.

Where should I start? The front desk people when they saw my passport didn't know to deal with it properly. When we went to our room we saw pealing wallpaper, and a hard (very hard) bed. The manager let us change rooms but the new room had a cigarette butt left under the bathroom sink, the bathroom was incredibly small and again pealing wallpaper and a hard bed.

The room was gloomy a bit stinky (which is quite usual in most of older hotels in China) and only one special thing was the bed hanging from the ceiling, which was by the way more interesting, than practical. Hotel location is near but need to take the car to the exhibition hall. The hotel do not have the service for the guest to go to the metro. We need to ask the hotel staff to take the taxi to go to metro. Some front staff can speak english but some can not.
