Clean, comfortable, nice mattress ”
A very clean & comfortable hotel. Having food poisonings & thank god that i had this comfortable, good bed to sleep for 2 days. food stall are just walking distance. Will come again

Excellent location - close to most everything”
This hotel could not be closer to most everything you could want - or at least handy to clean, cheap transport that will get you there quickly. The famous wall is directly across the road, restaurants, shopping and long walks along the river at your doorstep. The hotel and decor is quite old and in need of renovations, but in the meantime it is suitable for a few nights stay. Friendly staff, rooms very clean and even though the pool was small it was a pleasant pool/area. Breakfast was typical buffet but adequate with great views of the famous wall.

My wife and I had a great stay at Hotel M in Chiang Mai. The staff are always very helpful and super friendly. The motels location was perfect for us, close to everything and not too noisy for its position. The rooms were clean and serviced everyday if you wish and the breakfasts were good. Nice little pool area around a great little pool to freshen up in. We stayed for 17nights our third time in Chiang Mai and other places were good but Hotel M was better value for your money. Overall very happy.

This hotel is in the best location! It’s close to all the markets with many varieties of good food, clothing and other souvenirs. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to choose from and you’re able to sit outside with a wonderful view of the famous Gate. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pleasant stay”
Hotel M is located in front of the Pratu Tha Phae gate (one of the fours gates from antient times) and the canal. Hotel is near to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Must admit that it is not very modern but has comfortable beds and decent rooms. The primary reason we decided to stay here was the location and the view at the gate

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Chiang Mai. Able to walk to the Night Bazaar, Temples and delicious eateries. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent location but facility needs some improvement”
The staff are friendly and helpful. But they can be forgetful sometimes. this happened when we asked for airport pickup upon our arrival. In terms of facility, the room is OK, just a problem with the air conditioner. I tried to adjust the airflow of the AC to the ground but after 1 hour, it was reset and blew at my face again, keeping me up for a couple hours. The swimming pool is small and so is the gym. Breakfast can use some more variety. Despite all that, we really liked the hotel. It is very well-located. There are many good bistros, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby for people looking for both Thai and western cuisine. In front of the hotel is the famous Thaphae Gate and there are many Songthaew cars parking outside so transport is quick and easy.

Good location, comfortable and quite room, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast on room (due to covid rules I believe). Nice refreshing pool. Motorbike rent just next to hotel. Plenty of food options around. What else you could wish for.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Also centrally located and allowed me to walk around the city and explore. Would definitely recommend, especially if it's your first trip to Thailand/Chiang Mai.

Great Hotel ”
We loved this hotel for its excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel has a nice clean pool. The hotel also has a free luggage service which is absolutely great. We kept our luggage at the hotel without any extra cost which allowed us to travel light to Pai and Chiang Rai. Wonderful. Will definitely come back to this hotel when we are next in Chiang Mai.

The location, room, and facility was very good! The room didn’t had much lights but fortunately the windows were big with much natural light. I liked how big the mirror was and the amount of storage. The hotel provided cute gifts as well.
