    Positives:- 1.Location 2. price 3. Staff helpful Negatives:- 1. Room small... table space small 2. During our stay, cleaning staff were being trained/supervised and had to correct their oversights. All issues were sorted by the time we left. 3. no dining/cafe/room service - however, outside there was plenty of choice

    “Perfect Stay in the Heart of the City”

    The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from everything we wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and clean, offering a great view of the surroundings. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness. Overall, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

    “Greta value but pay for a bigger room”

    Clean, great location and comfy rooms. For a very small amount more the 28m2 room is much more liveable than the 18m2 room and the bathroom was great!

    “Clean, spacious and strategic location”

    My first stay at New Oriental Hotel. Love my stay here, room is spacious, clean and staff are ever friendly & helpful. Strategic location as it's across the road from Myeongdong shopping street, walking distance to Namdaemun Market and Namsan Tower Tram station. My first choice hotel from now on.
