First timers in Seoul. Me, my wife and our 8yo daughter. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. No addtl charge for our daughter which was great😊 Staff were kind to offer us an early check in. Luggage storage is free and very useful. Location was great. Not too far from the busy streets of Myeongdong. Just across it. Multiple subway station (Line 4) exits nearby. Bus 6001 stop is very near especially if you are coming from ICN airport. Just a 2 min walk and you are at the hotel already. Walking distance too to Shinsegae Dept Store and Nandaemun Market. They also have a pantry area, rooftop area with Namsan Tower view and Coin Laundry. Room is spacious too. Daily room cleaning is consistent. There are also 2 massage Only comment is that the room needs better (white) lighting inside. Only 2 pin lights inside the whole room. Bathroom is even brighter😅. Also hygiene kit is not availble, only shampoo, conditioner and soap. No bathrobe, toothpaste, brush, comb etc. The bed is also a spring coil type and the pillows are a little stiff. But overall the hotel is modern looking and stands out as a value for money😊

“It was a beautiful and comfortable trip.”
I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days alone. The room was spacious enough with a large closet, the shower pressure and toilet flush worked without issue, and it was very clean. I had a very comfortable stay. For consecutive nights, cleaning was scheduled every other day, but if I hung a cleaning request tab on the doorknob, they cleaned every day. What made me really happy was that, even though I stayed alone, they replenished 2 bottles of water every day. Additionally, they provided 2 towels each time, which was convenient when I wanted to take a shower in the morning. Even if I ran out of towels, I could get more at the front desk, so that was not a problem. There was a staff member at the front desk who spoke Japanese, and the check-in process was very smooth. There were about two Korean-style power outlet plugs. I forgot my adapter, but I could borrow one for free from the front desk. There were no USB ports. If I had to mention a slight inconvenience, it would be that the lighting was a bit dim, making it somewhat difficult for makeup. Also, there was only one elevator, so it took a little time to arrive. However, it is close to the station, and overall it was an extremely satisfying hotel.

We really appreciate all the effort you put in to help us book a taxi to Incheon Airport — it made our departure so smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location is just perfect too, so convenient with the airport bus stop and the subway nearby, and we loved that Exits 3 and 7 of Myeongdong Station have escalators. Walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street is a breeze too. Thanks again for all your help and warm hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

“Great location”
I stayed 6 nights and the room with a double bed was just the right size for one person. The room is very clean and housekeeping service is excellent. They changed my towels everyday and provided 2 bottles of water daily. Beds are made every 3 days. My only complaint about the room is the lights are too dim. Hotel staff was friendly. One thing that I wasn't too thrilled about was when I asked for creamer and sugar for my coffee in the room, the guy told me to go to Starbucks. He told me to buy a cup of coffee from them and steal sugar and creamer from there. I thought he was kidding until he said, "We don't provide sugar and creamer, only teabag and coffee packs." Hotel is in the heart of shopping district and directly across the street from Myeongdong night market. No problems walking anywhere or taking the bus or trains. Great location.

“It was a very good hotel.”
I was looking for a hotel for a sudden trip, but I was having trouble as the hotels popular on social media were either fully booked or too expensive. I was worried because it wasn't very well-known on social media, but it turned out to be very good. Positive points: - The toilet and shower were separated. - There was a large sink area where I could put my luggage. - It was close to both the subway and the bustling area of Myeongdong (close enough to return to the restroom during shopping). - There was a sofa and table where I could relax. - The bed was comfortable. - The front desk staff was kind and lent me a power adapter and an umbrella. [Things I was a bit concerned about] - At night, I could hear the sound of doors opening and closing from other rooms (but I didn't notice it once I fell asleep since I was tired). - The room was a little dark. - One of the twin beds didn't have a power outlet, so I couldn't look at my phone while lying down. I would like to stay here again next time!
