I literally stay here almost every time I come to Seoul for BTS events. The location is stellar. Across the street from HYBE. Two minute walk to busses. Free parking. I drive up to Seoul easily 20 times per year. This is my go to place unless there’s an event somewhere other than Yongsan or close by.
We love this little hotel. Had everything I needed. Loved the luxurious beauty products provided, the free water and Korean soft drinks, easy check in and check out, mini fridge, bathrobes and slippers, and comfy bed. As a couple, we want our hotel to be in a charming area where we can step outside and have options every day and this location is just amazing. Bus to the airport, right near two train stations and a beautiful island, bike paths, and hundreds of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hardly any tourists so we really felt like we got a glimpse of real Seoul. The vegan restaurant Ferments nearby was outstanding, and the coffee shops are absolutely amazing. So much to try every time we come. Great value! Staff is so helpful and we can come and go as we please with no hassle. Really wonderful!! Thank you!!!
I stayed overnight on the final day of the Seoul concert. The HYBE office is nearby, so I can take a walk and see the large office. The lack of an elevator and the weak ventilation in the bathroom are downsides, but the staff were very kind and carried our very heavy luggage up to the fifth floor. They mentioned that they could store our luggage for 24 hours, but since it would just be placed in an empty space, I was a bit anxious about it.
Good comfortable stay and a good location, would book again if working in the area.

Hotel has good location, 1 min walk from bus stations and 10 min from subway station. Staff was responsive and helpful. They clean the room in detailed. The only minus is that no elevator so if you stay 4th or 5th room it might take some time to go in but overall it was ok. Amenities including few steps skincare and shaver, comb, scrub towel, bathrobes, etc.
