"This hotel is the best designed hotel I’ve been to. Not only aesthetically but also ergonomically. Their packaging for bathroom amenities was a very pleasant surprise. We loved the quirkiness they inject into their designing. The breakfast is also something to look forward to. ( Opt for the east menu) The staffs were very responsive and friendly. Yes, pricing is on the higher end and location might not be the most centralized but I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Had a fantastic 4 night stay at this hotel - staff were friendly, room was very clean with good facilities and a comfortable bed, free buffet breakfast was a nice bonus with a good spread of options. Free welcome drinks and snacks, as well as a selection of firm/soft pillows was a nice touch. There is also a tasty and reasonably priced Peking Duck restaurant right across the road. The only downside would be the hotel is a bit of a walk to the subway station (just over 1km to Dong Si Shi Tiao station on Line 2) which can be a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing, but I still can't recommend this hotel enough!"

"I have stayed several times now in this hotel as it is located close to the diplomatic area of Beijing where I usual travel for business. The hotel is good: standard rooms are not massively big but of decent size, with nice beddings, a small but decent bathroom, and they offer international TV channels. Breakfast offers a large choice of Chinese and Western foods. The might need a new carpet in some of the rooms but otherwise the rooms were always clean and staff very polite and helpful. The heating is a bit uncontrollable as is the case all over Beijing. The next metro station is less than a 5 minute walk away and I have found it easy to get a taxi from this location, too. There is a small shop inside the hotel in case you would like to grab a snack or something to drink. I have not tried the restaurants but there is one right next to the hotel, which offers okay food, smaller local restaurants 2 minutes away and international food within the diplomatic area. I can only recommend this hotel - especially for business travellers."

"i choose asia hotel once more, because of it´s location. it is in walking distance to my beijing office, and also in walking distance to san li tum bar street. what came in quite handy was the late check out option (3:00 pm) as my flight was departing in the evening. one con is the old tv set, i could not connect my movie box via hdmi. i believe in 2010, all 5 star hotels should be equipped with flat-screen tv's of reasonable size. i arrived a bit late, so i can not comment on the complimentary drinks and food on the executive floor. but from the past experience, the food (snacks) was quite good, whereas the drink selection is rather poor. cons - old tv set"

It is located in a shopping mall which makes it all the best as you just walk through the lobby and then you can enjoy restaurants and great stores around you.
