"pros : 1. Settled in HK Island area, so the ambience is kindly modern and not very crowded. 2. Have free shuttle bus to HK station ! but be careful about airplane's schedule. You should ride it at least 5 hours before boarding time. 3.Very close to Sai Ying Pun MTR Station, and terrain relatively flat (i mean no uphill efort needed). 4. Hotel's environment very convinient! Besides MTR station, there are McDonald's, 7-11,drugstore, souvenirs shop, restaurants, cafe and snack's shop, etc. 5. Hotel's rooftop gave us decent scenic view of HK Harbour / Kowloon Peninsula and also HK island's mountains..360 degrees! Harbourview room also great! Cons: 1.Elevators..well, always crowded. In my case, when it's about check out time you shouldn't bring your luggage together, because it was difficult to enter elevator again to ground floor, elevator always bring much people inside already.Furthermore, seems you can not take stairs manually from reception floor to GF. 8/10 would back again someday!"

"We often travel to Hong Kong for business and choose to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Sai Ying Pun. The rooms are very spacious with a lot of storage space. And it is quite convenient for transport with the trolley stop right outside the hotel, as well as a lot of buses, plus the Sai Ying Pun MTR stop nearby. My main complaint is that the beds are quite hard, and the shower unit is small. But still we find that this hotel offers a lot of conveniences for the price. We will stay there again on our next trip to HK."
