Very nice staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Near the beach, shops & restaurants. Very good value for the money. Spa with excellent services next door. Grab delivers food here. Big pool. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Ibis Kata, we were travelling with a dog and they're pet friendly, good breakfast, although the buffet wasn't on when we were staying there, the menu breakfast was good, basic but good. Staff were friendly abd welcoming.

Great hotel! We stayed with our 2 children in a family room. ”
Room is a bit small for 4 persons. But for a few days it was okay for us. The bathroom is very smal but clean. Enough storage room for suitcases under the bed. the swimingpool was very nice! the breakfast was very russian orientated. We don't liked it.

Kata is picking up post Covid and value for money ..... this is the place to stay . A little bit out of the way but still within walking distance to everything . If you hire a moped your set. Highly recomend !

I got 2 nights to stay here. It’s good hotel. Not far from kata beach. The room is a bit small. But also value money. When we stayed here housekeeper didn’t clean our room. When my friend ring to receptionist. They said we need to drop the key and should tell them to clean our room before leaving. I and My friend she was surprised. Because we stayed others hotel it doesn’t seem like this. Normally they clean room everyday. They won’t clean if we put do not disturb.

Rooms are bit smaller, wifi was fast with strong signal. Breakfast was tasty and nice designed. Have big swimming pool, that's the only thing what makes is special. Location is Also good, close to grocery store, massage parlors, around 10 min to the beach, plenty of restaurants. This hotel is more Thai Style Hotel. Their lobby is was very comfortable and quite. I like to sit there at the evening and enjoy my time.

Visiting Phuket for Scuba so I'm out of the room a lot but I can't fault the IBIS Kata cleanliness, service, staff and basic facilities... has a great pool and the food is pretty tasty too. If I was spending more time at the hotel I'd go a little more upmarket but I'll definitely stay again on my next scuba adventure 👌
