If you are going to the trade show, then this is the best location. It has a connection to the site on the second floor, so you don't have to go out in the street. But check-in/ out takes forever and the staff seemed confused with my booking and request for an extra bed. The first night, they didn't put in the bed, inspite of front desk staff's assurance that housekeeping will bring it in. As we were tired after dinner and just wanted to sleep, I had to share a twin bed with my son. Maybe best to email and confirm requests, so it will be easier to explain to the staff next time.

Basically the room lightings are adequate. Bathroom has no bidet. Walkway carpet a bit smelly. Cleanliness inside the room is good.

The staff service is friendly and impressive. Overall, it is excellent value for money and has a superb location.

The hotel is generally good but the biggest problem is the GPS unable to locate this hotel accurately. I have used 5 drivers during my stay and none of them able to locate this place via GPS and hence a lot of complications every time when I tried to go out or get back to the hotel. There was one taxi driver even suggest to waive the fee and drop me at the road side after spent 20min to drive around and still unable to locate the right drive way. Unless you are local and familiar with the surrounding or else be prepared for the direction issues.

It’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The food there are all good. The breakfast is good and include different variety for people with different taste and different countries. Clean and comfortable, all the staffs are good-mannered. Even some staff are dont speak English (like cleaners), they make your stay comfortable in any way. Hotel in not at the City centre, however, it is close to metro.
