Where to stay in Interlaken Near Center
Interlaken Near Center hotels & accommodations
Hotel central-continental is best for its location. It is very close to Interlaken west railway station and other amenities. It is also in a walkable distance to Interlaken Ost. Eventhough the hotel seems to be Old building, the rooms are nice and Hotel has friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Hotel is located by the river with good view outside. If you book the room with private bathroom. The bathroom is clean and big when compare with bedroom size. There are many delicious restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay in Interlaken!
This is our second trip to interlaken and we again having the same nice experience in the hotel, being a couple our demands is simple to a nice cossy bed , good condition facilities and swim in early morning. Hotel was 2mins near Train Station. Breakfast option was limited. Staff was great and friendly, especially Thomas whom love joking around and made us felt at home. Room was clean and good as we got a family room. Toilet amenities was complete and clean. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in Interlaken. The check in process is so hard that the host only allow us to call them. There are cooking utensils but no laundry. The room is spacious and clean. There is no elevator. We urged the host a lot of times to collect the fee.
The only thing that I feel needs to be improved is the check-in time. 4pm is too late. It's like check-in and will not be able to do any activity anymore for the day (especially we came in winter where the sun set was fast). We came early so we need to bother the staff to open the counter for us. At least to leave our bags. The girl staff/caretaker was really helpful....
It's a very short walk (5 min) from the Interlaken West Train Station, you just need to follow the path right next to the railway track. I booked for a family of 7 people but 2 couldn't make it.
