Travelled in a group for this trip, and I am really impressed with the location, 8 min walk to metro, and also located in the heart of all the action in Shanghai. Amenities are great, and staff are friendly. Water pressure in shower, there is bidet and also smart tv/facilities and bed is excellent. There are steps to get to the lift, staff can carry your bags up/down those flights for ya. Otherwise I had a really comfortable stay. Would highly recommend stay here.

We're a group of four Filipina travellers. We like the room - 2 twin beds. It has toiletries and it gets cleaned daily. We're provided with new slippers and towels daily, too. Room is neat and clean. There's free coffee but downstairs. Location-wise, it is very confident - just a few minutes away from the metro and is very near to tourist attractions. Service is good - they are very nice, helpful and approachable despite the language barrier. Hotel is highly-recommended.
