Better than expected!”
We had difficulty finding the hotel, because it had a different name. Some locals were able to drive us there because they had gps. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was totally beautiful and worth the price. It was about 15 min away from the Beijing west train station. The employees did not speak any english, but were happy to help us and tried to communicate via some translating apps. Overall, it was a really nice hotel and I would recomend it to anyone that wants to stay near the railway station.

Great location with standard services”
Standard services as in all Jinjiang Inn hotels. Towels are OK. The airport shuttle bus ends just in front of the hotel. One block away from the West Railway Station, about 5min walk.

Budget hotel ”
Checkin process take some time. I am disappointed with the hotel room as they are still using the traditional TV and not flat screen TV. When I booked the hotel, it mentioned there are 2 queen beds, but only 1 queen and 1 single bed. Room is not as clean as stated. The room is also very basic without an international power socket. The only good thing is the location of the hotel which is very near to Beijing West train station.

you can walk to Beijing West Station in about 10 minutes. there are some restaurants around the area. the hotel's room is not that big but clean. the staff need to be trained more to understand English, quite frustrating to communicate with them. they don't want to help call a taxi for us.

Clean and Well-located”
Hotel is walking distance to the train station, subway station and to the airport shuttle bus. Staff can not speak english and can not help in getting taxi although they are friendly.

Lovely bedlinen and comfy bed. Bathroom towels nicely wrapped in cellophane. Poor front entrance through car park and past associated barrier.

Not good for travellors”
The staff was not helpful in any way....period. I was with a group of 16 and we all found the same thing. They would not speak English to help with anything. Would not help get taxi to the airport. Would not help with tours or travel. Wrote the wrong word for Forbidden City when I pointed to it for giving to a taxi. When asked by chinese speaking friends they claimed to not know where the forbidden city was, or the white cloud monastery,etc. would not help with obtaining internet or with location of atm. This happened multiple times and everyone ended up finding better and helpful hotels elsewhere.
