It is close to subway stations and bus stops. The food tastes good and fresh. There are swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room which are in best condition. Business Class Hotel”
This is a Business Class Hotel, hotel staffs are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean. Hotel is located in a busy area but yet within the hotel is very peaceful and undisturbed by the noisy street. Our family have a wonderful stay and would easily give it a 10/10 but unfortunately our last day dinner in a western restaurant at the hotel lobby was an unpleasant experience, it entirely ruined our good experience of our stay. We didn't expect service from a restaurant in a 5 stars hotel is so unprofessional which is from a senior level staff. Even thought restaurant manager and the senior staff did apologize but still is not a good experience overall.

Front desk Lance had been nice. During check in noticed that I had booked the wrong Marriott in Beijing. He had been patient, asking me to check whether Agoda can cancelled the other booking so that I need not incur extra charge. Overall it was very comfortable. The location is great for tiannamen sq & forbidden city. There are no boutiques inside the hotel but internal access to high end department store and short 200m walk to Walmart. English could be a challenge with some staff. Fantastic”
We had to extend our stay from one night initially to nearly a week due to unforeseen circumstances. This was such an excellent place to spend a week with my family. The buffet breakfast each morning was top notch; and Mario was a superb host there, remembering our drink orders each morning. Each staff member went out of their way to help us during our stay. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff made our room fresh each day. The concierge was helpful with getting food delivered, and with helping us get taxis. Thank you for such a nice stay.

New Hotel”
Rooms are large and spacious. We were on a nonsmoking floor but could still smell cigarette smoke when we first arrived. Contacted staff to leave window open to dissipate the cigarette smoke smell. Buffet breakfast was not so good as most of the food seems to be leftovers from the previous day and was reheated. Fresh juice bar was very good as they squeeze and blend as you wait. Hotel was opened only for 4 months so everything was fairly new. Sogo department store next door is also only partly opened.

Nice and Clean Room. Service staffs were rude and do not understand simple English. Restaurant had menu for more than 50 types of drinks but actual fact only 6 bottles of beer available, same goes for the food menu. Will not stay there again.

시설이나 청소등 전반적으로 우수한 편이었지만, 체크아웃하고나서 보증금 환불받는데 애로사항 겪음. 곧바로 입금해준다고 하였으나 입금안되어 나중에 몇번이나 전화하였는데, 체크아웃 언제 했는지 다시 또 확인하고 같은말 반복하고 특급호텔의 시스템치고는 도저히 이해가 안가는 상황이었음. 결국은 전화로 몇번 독촉 하고서야 환불받음.

位于宣武门地铁站旁，与SOGO相连，出行方便。员工友善专业，服务到位，特别是行政酒廊和前台的员工非常乐于帮忙。4楼早餐非常丰富，必须点赞。各项服务设施齐全。总体服务水平较佳！当然价格（相对于北京南城的水平）也绝对不菲。
