The location is good, with a pig trotter rice restaurant across the street downstairs and a boat noodle place if you turn left after going out. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to 711, and around 10 minutes to walk to Chalong Pier for diving. The landlady is very friendly, and it's a nice homestay.
