Best location and Resort for being close to Patong Beach”
If you're going to staying close to Patong beach, this is the resort to go. It's very nice. The sky lounge next to their restaurant is worth going to every morning for the view itself. Their pool is also amazing. You can get the view of Patong Beach or swim in circles around the bar. Not that you need anything extra to do, but they have a ping pong table and pool table nearby. If you want to play mini-golf, volleyball, or shot some suction cup archery, they have that at Sandy Beach. The best thing about this place is its location to Patong Beach. It's only 5-10 minutes away from the beach where you can do any water sport activities you want. We rented a moped, so we could get around easily. However, you should avoid the police traps or have an international permit if you want to ride a moped. That or be okay with being fined by the police when they pull you over. The gym is also very nice. It has all the cardio machines, plus dumbbells, and a mat and sand bag. The dumbbells and the rowing machine was enough for me. The breakfast is worth it. You get a very wide selection of food. I liked the pastries the most! They have different breads, donut of the day, muffin-tops, etc. yum! Plus, if you eat close to the edge of the restaurant, you have an amazing view. The only negative thing about this place is that the driveway entrance is very very steep. Many of our taxi drivers didn't dare drive up to drop us off at the lobby entrance. After we got our mopeds, it was just a bit scary sometimes. Oh, the room service is also amazing. The mango sticky rice was on a whole other level. This place is definitely worth it.

Would stay again”
I feel like it was def worth the price. Firstly, the staff was pretty exceptional. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was large and reasonable. Not great but nothing to complain about. The room was large, clean, free of insects. The view was amazing and there were fireworks on the beach. Internet was fine. Bed was firm like I prefer. Not complaints but there were things that weren’t to my preferences. The main pool had more music than I liked. You could hear the bar at night but mostly quiet before late. Room cleanings were late, about 5pm daily. Close to Patong if you like nightlife. They have a free shuttle during the day.

Had relaxation to our heart's content”
Kalima Resort and Spa was a leap of faith for me and my wife as we booked this place only by following the online reviews. None of our friends visited this place hence we had zero idea. Once we reached to Phuket and then the resort, everything went smooth as it could be. The hospitality we recieved from the staffs was beyond expectation. We were upgraded to a honeymoon suite in the romantic corner. The room was astounding, with a breathless view. Every amenity showed its class and the room was tidiest at it's peak. The breakfast offered an array of choices and we had one dinner during our second night, where we figured that the food was quite cheap considering its quality. The other facilities, the pool, the pool bar, the gym was top notch. It was a sheer joy of staying here for 2 nights and we will be coming back here for sure.

The most beautiful cliff pool in phuke”
The location of the hotel is great, overlooking half of the Phuket Island, the food are quite good, especially the restaurant on the roof, perfect place for dinner with a great nicht light overview of the city, the unforgettable cliff swimming pool, i have also tried the spa, excellent. friendly staff, comfortable rooms, although the gym is not big, but it can face the sea when exercising, which is great. The hotel also has a kids club where children can play. there is also a shutlebus to the beach every day

Picture Perfect”
I couldn't rate this hotel any higher. Absolutely everything about this hotel, the facilities and the staff was the perfect emphasis of what Thai culture embodies. The staff are the friendliest staff I have ever met. The room was a dream room, very clean with daily room service and the pool, bar and restaurant were immaculate. I would rate this hotel higher if I could and if anyone reads this review I encourage you to pay what ever nightly fee and stay because you will not regret it. Thank you so much for the stay. We will absolutely be back as soon as we can.

AMAZING place”
I don't remember the exact room name, but my villa had a private gate, a downstairs living room, kitchen and bathroom, a sun deck outside and a small private pool with shower, when you went upstairs, it had the master bedroom a giant bathroom, a rainfall shower, a tub and I could see the curvature of the earth from my balcony. Was it awesome? ABSOLUTELY. I lived like 50 Cent for my 5 days at this villa. Absolutely legendary. Staff was incredibly nice and any food from their kitchen was absolutely delicious. The resort is in town but about 3 miles from the busy part, so its kind of up the hill and is nice to be away from the chaos of that town. The resort was top notch in every way. Loved it and was sad to leave.

Outstanding Views, Facilities, Staff, Room & breakfast”
Our stay here for 3 nights was splendid! Almost every view from the resort faces the vast sea. The restaurants serve really good food (teppanyaki and sky bar). The service from the staff were outstanding and Kalima Resort is indeed exemplary the Land of Smiles! There are so many facilities as well that it felt like a cruise ship. Overall, highly recommend this Resort to anyone, especially if its your first time in Phuket!

Great staff and service”
Our daughter wanted to take us on a long awaited holiday to Hawaii and my wife convinced her to change the destination to Phuket as we have been travelling to Thailand for over 30 years. I decided to stay home in case things went wrong as a precaution, as it is an adventure to travel overseas anywhere in this current environment with so many rules and consequences. My wife booked Kalima resort and for a week and a half they truly enjoyed their stay, the facilities were great, helpful and polite staff, a room with a sea view and a buffet breakfast that accommodated all their needs. As required by our government, we are required to have a negative RT-PCR Covid test three days before we board our plane, shockingly my wife and daughter received unexpected news that they were both tested positive and all Phuket hospitals were full. They were asymptomatic and AXA insurance representative were no help. In shock, they informed the resort and the very professional staff and Manager Lip provided their outstanding service and care to a another level. I was so relieved that they were well and looked after by genuine people, especially during this stressful time when government on both sides were did not seem to know the current rules. Manager Lip and his kind staff looked after my wife and our daughter’s needs as she had to work from the resort. They were provided with an upgrade room, so she could have privacy. We were so grateful for the warmth and kindness during this difficult period. They professionally took care of all the paperwork and did not inflate the quarantine price. Huge thank you to Kalima resort owner, manager Lip and all the hardworking staff. Kalima resort is the place to be during this uncertain time where you can be looked after with genuine care if things go not according to plan. I strongly recommend Kalima resort, it is beautiful with genuine lovely people who care about the welfare of their guests.

Happy Holiday”
Had a 3 nights stay in the villa at Kalima Resort and Spa with my wife on the 23rd Dec 2022. It was very spacious with our private pool, really great for couple as we had a romantic time there. Though the breakfast could do with a change as we had the same spread for 3 days. The spa was great too as we went on consecutive 2 days. The staff all around was really great. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommended this place as it's not far away from the main patong happening area and the resort provides shuttle service too.

Perfect Honeymoon Trip!”
The staffs at Kalima were warm and friendly. As our room was at the top of the hill, the buggy was always ready for us, just a phone call away. The room was perfect for us! We had one of the best stay. It was clean and well-maintained. We would recommend this place to Muslim travelers too as their hotel offers a variety of halal food options through indications by the buffets. We loved the spread of the breakfast buffet! We definitely will come back!

One of the best stays we had till date”
Facilities, Room, Food, Infinity pool, everything was just perfect. Being a vegetarian there were not much options for breakfast though, but can't idli wada for breakfast in an international hotel everywhere. Staff is helpful and goes extra mile to help you. They have regular shuttles to go to Patong beach, hotel is bit far from the city though. Up and down from Patong beach is 300 Baht otherwise. But good quiet place to have good time with family and friends.

Exceptional”
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was an amazing experience. I was treated like royalty. The resort is stunning. It probably has the best views in the city. One thing to note is that the resort is massive. There are 9 separate buildings. They will shuttle you to your room, but I walked most of the time.

Great facilities and friendly staff”
Pros: great pool, nice spa and the hotel has a lot of facilities such as gym. The restaurants served good food. Quiet as it’s far away from Patong beach. Value for money. Cons: Far away from Patong beach so have to take taxi every time. Hotel room is not that clean. Can hear other guests blasting loud music at night, even at 3am and no one cares.

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in”
We can’t speak highly enough of Kalima Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived until the final good byes after a week, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were world class and the infinity pool was a real show stopper with complete elevated views looking back over the bay to Patong Beach. The restaurant and roof top bar were soo nice, making us feel like we were in another world. Sunsets up there are a must! The rooms were amazing with great views and were very clean. And finally Lip and his front office team were so friendly and helpful it really made our stay one of the best experiences we could of hoped for! This is a must stay resort! We went to the hotel my 1.5 year old baby, my husband and me. We went a few times already to Phuket but this was by far the best hotel we took . The room was big and so beautiful and full with everything you might need. The hotel staff were so nice and helpful about everything. The breakfast was great! The sky bar was really beautiful. The pool access room is awesome ”
We stayed for our honeymoon trip, the pool access room was awesome for us. The infinity pool which only be few rooms can access. We love swimming so this room is great for us . Cons: our room is the 2nd room in the row , because of that our view have been blocked by the building in front so we didn't see the ocean much except we had to swim a bit away from our room and I guess other room didn't wanted to see us entered to their side . We did requested for the corner and mentioned about honeymoon trip but seem like the resort didn't organise really well

1 bedroom pool villa”
Everything is so perfect. Checking in was a breeze. The staffs are all so so kids friendly. My son loves them! Looking forward every morning to greet them. The housekeeping never fail to create different designs on the bed with a towel on daily basis. There will always be something served on the bed whenever we are back to the villa. Definitely will make a comeback.

A memorable stay in Phuket ”
I am writing this review as i go to the airport. I little bit sad that I have to leave this beautiful place. Spent 3 nights at kalima in the last week of May. By far the best resort i have been to in a while. The entire procedure from check in to check out was easy and hassle free. Really enjoyed my stay here. Location 10/10 beautiful views of the bay from all over the resort Staff 10/10 amazing staff at the reception ( Joe. Noi and special mention to TONY who was very helpful in accomodation all my requests and not to forget Kong who is super cheatfull) thank you guys for a memorable stay Value for money 9/10 Cleanliness 8/10 Would i repeat 10/10 ( will define come back) Also if your looking for adventure activities you can book day tours frm the reception (Roger from adventure World) Would definitely recommend this If you want to explore new places

Best times ”
My husband and I had the best times in the resort. We booked a Premier with Pool Access and Private Plunge Pool. Highly recommend, it has a nice view of the ocean, pool and room were very clean. Breakfast has many options. In room dining were delicious. Near Patong beach. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.
