Big clean rooms. Is close to the BTS and a main shopping street. Did not hear any noise whilst in room. Only negative is wifi is poor but would stay again.

Had a nice time...”
Stayed for three nights. A convenient location - a short walk to the BTS or Ferry, great view as we stayed in a high floor, street food is a short walk away, friendly staff and security, very good room service, automatic stacked parking system. Very limited items on breakfast, the all-in-one staff in the dining area had a very bad attitude.

A good location, 200-300 meters to any mode of travel. My room had a nice view, my kids enjoyed watching out and spent time at the window. The breakfast didn't have any options. The lady preparing breakfast was very rude, not even willing to listen to the customer. Her attitude was, 'Eat what I prepare, or just leave'.

Don’t take the expensive and unworthy breakfast”
The breakfast was terrible and too expensive. You only get 1 breakfast set (containing 1 glass of orange juice, 1 glass of water, 1 cup of coffee, 2 thin slices bread, 1 egg, 2 thin slices ham, 3 half pieces of sausages and a very little bit salad) despite they advertise unlimited breakfast. The room itself was quite ok. The staff is friendly but not all could speak English. Location is quite far from all touristic places.

I had previously stayed in other hotels in this price range, and most if not all hotels in this price range have some detractions. But compared to most hotels in it's price range, King Royal hotel II is amazing. Standard double was quite large, at 250 sq feet. It had working free wifi which is rare for even hotels double it's price. In fact, at most other hotels I had stayed in it was quite pricy option . It is located with in 3 minute walk to BTS station, which is very convenient, and is near to the downtown bangkok across the river. Hotel itself, room interior was not in very good condition, was quite functional, with AC working well. Hotel staff was quite friendly. Neightborhood is fairly clean and modern. Hotel at 19 stories, has nice unobstructed view of downtown bangkok. Now the minuses, (which I consider fully understandable given price range). Bed is just a steel spring matress, so it might not be comfortable for some (but I had no problem at all sleeping)

Simply sleep at night near Krung Thonburi Skytrain”
I had a plan to move to another hotel after my 3 days stay, but decided to extend my stay till my departure day. The important thing was that King Royal II Hotel is close to Krung Thonburi Skytrain station. I could go to the Ekkamai bus terminal without using a taxi. The room had a small balcony where the city of Bangkok was viewed from the 12th floor. I bought some food, cup noodles and beverages at Tops supermarket and put them into the refrigerator. When I didn't want to go out, I had a daily served instant coffee and ate the food. The hot pot was very convenient because I could eat cup noodle anytime.

A great place to stay”
King Royal II is an excellent place to stay, particularly given how much it costs. It is clean, quiet and had everything that I needed, especially with the convenience store downstairs. There are great views from the upper floors. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is well situated for transport with the BTS station, ferry and buses just a short walk away.

Value for the money”
I been staying in different places during the years, and now I was looking for something new. I went through previous reviews, theh picked King Royal. It was easy to found it, really only 5 minutes walk from the BTS Krung Thonburi station. The single room I booked wasn't available so they upgraded me. The place is more like a serviced condotel, the rooms were cleaned every day, free coffee, tea and drinking water in the room! Don't expect anything fancy, but everything were clean and tight. for less than 20 USD, definately a bargain!

king royalii was really a royal class treat against the money spent. we hand good large room with all the facilities on top 12th floor with a bangkok view.ideal location for bus, ferry , and rail(krung thorbury station).grat staff. always ready to help reception, and the breakfast personal served the food with smile and charm with taste. the owner of the hotel was down to earth , to help us excess bangkok and explore more.chears if i get a chance again i shall come and stay here...

Good hotel situated on the wrong side of the river”
King Royal Hotel offers an excellent value by Bangkok's standard. Probably because of the location on the other side of the river across from Bangkok. The hotel is somewhat hard to find the first time. But actually, it 's only five minutes walk from Krung Thonburi BTS station and ten minutes walk to ferry to Tha Satorn express boat pier.

I like the Royal II hotel, it is by no means a luxury hotel but it is clean, handy for getting anywhere in Bangkok and if you get a room on one of the higher floors you get a great view of Bangkok. The staff here are very friendly too, on my first stay here, I arrived at 5 am (straight off of a 3 hour ferry and 12 hour bus journey) and was allowed to check in and go to my room right away.
