This was my first time in Koh Chang and lucky enough, we found paradise hill, a newly built hotel near Klong Phrao Beach. Please note that the hotel is not next to the beach but we only need to walk for about 100 meters across the street to the beach. The stay was amazing and the room was super clean and spacious. The reception was very welcoming and don’t be afraid to ask them questions about where to eat or party ‘cause they are more than willing to help. We wanted to rent a motorbike so we rented directly from the hotel for 250 bath per day to travel around the island. Furthermore, on the day I booked the hotel, agoda noted that was my birthday so the hotel made me a cake and surprise me on that evening. Again, thank you for making my 18th birthday so memorable and I will come back soon😘😘

Koh Chang Paradise Hill is a very good hotel not far from the beach. It is located 100 meters from the sea, but you can use the territory and almost all the conveniences of the Koh Chang Paradise Resort hotel. Paradise Hill hotel has a huge swimming pool and green territory. The food on breakfast is very tasty and diverse, the rooms are large and have everything important, the staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi is free but the signal was very poor. In fact, this hotel is one of the best options on the island. The price is lower comparing to the hotels near the beach, the hotel is comfortable and calm in the evening, but you can enjoy one of the best beaches.

Everything is clean and brand new, staff is very polite, super fast internet, ok food by the pool (around 180 baht per dish), breakfast is quite ok, 2 minutes of walking from the beach - just need to cross the road and viola a nice beach with restaurants etc! Shops and roadside restaurants are very close - within a few minites walk as well. Overall i think this place is very good value , good location and is a "real" good 3 star hotel (unlike those who call themselves so). You might not get a "wow" moments from this choice - but its not the point. The point is that it is a very comfortable, solid choice on Ko Chang. Recommended!

Near to beach and great service”
Cross the road and you can reach Khlong Prao beach, which is my favorite one on Koh Chang! It’s not noisy, and has beach bars with chill vibes! You can also ask front desk to rent a motorbike since there’s no rental shop nearby. The shop that front desk call will send the motorbike directly to the resort! It was so convenient for us! There are many nice restaurant in the same area, and of course you can find good massage shop there. I couldn’t find anything bad about this place. Definitely recommend!

Rooms are clean, very spacious, with a nice view (of the garden). Staff is nice and helpful. The advantage is the possibility of using the services of a nearby resort. The only small minus is the small variety of breakfasts. The hotel is worth recommending!

A modern hotel just across the road from its sister hotel, the Paradise resort. The rooms are huge and very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was superb. Staff were delightful and helpful. It’s a four minute walk Through the sister hotel to the best beach on the island. Soft sand, and nothing sharp underfoot. Deckchairs on the beach, and a very nice beach bar. The second time I have stayed there, and it won’t be the last.

You have access to the beach at the sister resort - but it is in small beach chairs. Not the loungers. We only counted 5 chairs - but maybe they put out more during busy season.

Nice clean room. Spacious for family with 2 young children. Paid for a spare bed. Nice water park beside. Restaurant near beach is well priced but a lot of mosquitoes at night. Food is good. Variety of cocktails. Good to spend the evening.

Modern Design|Nice Decor|Spacious Room|Temp Controlled Beautiful Swimming Pool”
This is one of the best hotels in Koh Chang. Located just opposite to their 5 star sister property and a minute walk to the beach - this hotel is a great choice for solo travelers / couples / families. Assorted and delicious breakfast adds a whopping cream on top of this dessert. A 3 minute walk will take you to the nearby marketplace. Its pity that I have chosen this hotel to stay for a night because we have a rather longer booking at another resort for a few days; but we prefer to come back here again if we choose to come back to Koh Chang for another holiday. Our kid loves the swimming pool. Reception lounge is super - nice decor / nice open space / nice small collection of reading books. Suggestions: A table lamp is important at the working desk in front of large mirror in room. Nescafe and Lipton sachets of Coffee and Tea are crap; please change. Kids water toys can add better values for families traveling with young children. And no more PAYING FINES notifications please.

The hotel has everything you would need even though its not right on the beach but just 2 mins walk across the road you are there. Room is new ,big with balcony. There a big group of thai (about 20-30 pp) having a seminar or something at the hotel and people stayed there too. It was pretty noisy around the lobby and on the floor i was put in. Due to the noise of people on my floor i asked to change the room if possible. The request was taken seriously. The hotel gave me a new room in a different building and i got upgraded to a pool view room which was very nice. When i booked a transfer van back to BKK and had to check out very early in the morning (before breakfast time) they offered and prepared a breakfast box.
