    “The bedding and the kindness of the staff are impressive.”

    Although it is a 3-star hotel, perhaps because it is part of the Lotte group, the quality of the bed mattress was better than that of some ambiguous 4-star hotels in Seoul. The hotel itself felt like a 3-star hotel due to its somewhat dated furnishings and the cleanliness of the TV remote, but the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, and the facilities, which were small but neatly operated (gym, laundry room, etc.), provided a sense of comfort that I had not experienced in other 3-star hotels, allowing me to stay comfortably. The distance from the hotel entrance to the subway station is a downside, but there are many buses nearby and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

    “Nice hotel but could be better”

    There is a direct bus from and to the airport right in front of the door. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. The floor is carpet so it has stains that is a bit disgusting and the washroom had hair on the floor. 2 bottles of water for free. View is not great. Team at the reception are excellent and extremely cooperative. They received my deliveries and kept them till I arrived. All in all it’s not a fancy hotel but it’d do the job, yet it was a bit expensive for the level of cleanliness. Restaurants are not an issue since you can always oder whatever you like to eat to your room from a vast variety of cuisines. But in general, it’s 30 minutes by public transportation to itaewon or Hongdae or Gagnam. Will probably recommend if the guest is aware of the points I mentioned. Thank you

    “Great shops and food around”

    Nice clean room. Soundproofing is good, you only hear people talking if they are directly in front of our door. Lots of food options around the hotel. Best is an E-mart hypermarket 2mins away. Olive Young right next door as well. Airport limo bus stop right in front as well. My only gripe is that the location is pretty far from the usual tourist spots. We took taxi but ride to Myeongdong is almost an hour long. It's not the distance, it's the roads (2 or 3 lanes), tons of traffic lights and traffic volume that slows down the 15km journey.

    “Great hotel and services/facilities ”

    I stayed for 5 nights and overall it is I am pleased. Although it's a 3 star hotel but it felt more like a 4 start to be honest at least better than a 4 star hotel that I stayed previously. Lotte group really makes sure it's quality of stay and great value for money. Pros: All staff were friendly, spacious room, housekeeping team was good, lobby was spacious with food delivery drop off area should you need to order food, airport bus stop right at the front of entrance, room had a locker Cons (minor): room doesn't come with Iron/ironing board (but laundry floor has it) otherwise everything I expected was there! Note: there is a short cut from the Guro digital complex metro station to the hotel to cut the walking journey shorter if you figure out :)

    “Friendly staff and quick service.”

    A friend from the United States stayed close to my house here. I was really impressed by the friendly attitude of the lobby and restaurant staff. However, since the advertisement claimed that the breakfast was delicious, I was a bit disappointed because there were too few options. Additionally, if there had been a sign directing to the hotel when entering the underground parking lot, we wouldn't have had to wander around that large parking area so much. Other than that, the cleanliness and location are great, so I would recommend it.
