Pleasant”

The room does not have a ventilation system or air conditioning, because of that we had to sleep with the windows open. At 6 am, the goods start arriving at the shop in front, there is a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep. When booking the room, the photos does not correspond to the number received. We booked a room with a large balcony and a view to the mountains, instead we got one without a balcony. The manager was helpful with the problem, another room had a balcony, but it was small and overlooked the shopping centre.

Super Lage im Zentrum und an Seilbahn und Pisten. Freundliches Personal. Seht schöner und gepflegter Wellnessbereich.
Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Kleinere Reparaturen im Zimmer wurden nicht ausgeführt, z.B. klsppernde Tür, spritzender Wasserhahn.

Gute Übernachtung für Touren in die Berge”

Fahrradkeller. Saunabereich mit Sonnenterasse und Getränken. Frühstück umfangreich und gut. Personal freundlich.
Zimmer war altmodisch (Eichenholz an den Wänden mit violettem Wandanstrich, Boden modern). Keine Schlafzimmertüre zu unserem Flur. Dadurch waren Nachbars im angrenzenden Zimmer (beide Bereiche könnten zu einer großen Wohnung werden) sehr deutlich und laut zu verstehen. Nachbars Balkon war an unserem Badfenster, warum der Badaufenthalt mit Licht nicht möglich war. Extrem lauter Bachlauf unterhalb des Zimmers (schön, aber kein Schlaf möglich).

Charmantes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, zentral gelegen und sehr gemütlich”

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit bequemen Betten. WLAN ist im gesamten Hotel gut verfügbar. Der Wellnessbereich konnte nach Terminabsprache genutzt werden und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich und die Speisen hochwertig, die Mitarbeiter haben die Corona-Richtlinien hier wirklich gut umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Eine Sonderregelung für Hotelgäste für das Parkhaus gegenüber wäre toll (kostet regulär 15€ pro Nacht).
