So the staff are average, there is a new girl that is very nice and friendly. The Indian man working afternoon/ night is a horrible guy. Place is well dated, pool doesn’t look like the photos. Idk just a strange place, felt like I was intruding not a guest. Think it’s that bad they just gave up

If you are the person who compromise with facilities and cleanliness then it would be the best option for you. The swimming pool didn't have single drop of water. I reached hotel at 11:30 am and the check-in time is 2 p.m. They didn't allow me to kept my luggage in my room so that i feel free to go anywhere. On After check-in when `m going to take rest, some red ants were on my bed sheet to welcome me. I was really pissed off at that time but what to do ""Nothing, just imprecate myself"". No doubt price is low. If you saw price (around 400 TB) then we said ya its okay, we can manage. Bachelors still think about it because they make their trip at low budget. But if you have money and most importantly if you have family. Then i can assure you that you `ll feel regret after spending a night in this hotel.

(-) Very bad internet on the room; swimming pool "under restauration" when i booked in which explained the very cheap price. Staff not really an example of Smiling Thailand. Rooms ok and clean which could not be said from the corridors. No elevator. Need a motorcycle to go look for western food. (+) Walking distance from Walking Street.

In renovation”
The place is currently being renovated. The photos in the Agoda site do not match the current state of the establishment. I was offered to change hotel at my own expenses, but, since the booking was prepaid, I doubted it would have been reimbursed. The room looks old, smells old and is old-style decorated. The TV is prehistoric, the furniture decayed. The bed is comfortable, though, if you were able to sleep at night. It's extremely noisy. You have disco music and shouts on the street until 5 am. The swimming pool area is in bad state, slippery and with broken, pointed tiles on the edge. Non-committal, indifferent reception staff. Very friendly the housekeeping ladies.

i would honestly say that travelers should read the reviews before deciding to stay here. upon leaving the cab, the aroma of sewage mixed with barbecue hit my nostrils. but this is a common smell in pattaya. the room was actually nice. i had to get used to a bathroom with no dividers between the shower and toilet but that was ok. the air-conditioner worked, and there was wireless internet access. something to be aware of is that older sex tourists tend to bring their companions into the pool as well and i saw one guy bring a boy of questionable age into the pool. i'm all about not snitching but this kid looked 14 so i dimed him out to the staff. the staff was wonderful. there was a cool french bartender who was ready with advice for the pattaya virgin. there was also a wonderful cleaning lady who took a liking to me and informed me that i could travel from pattaya to bangkok for 100 baht by air conditioned bus. i paid 1500 baht for a taxi to the hotel from the airport. pattaya is itself pretty seedy so if you know that going in, then this location is perfect. the hotel is really close to walking street and beach road, there's cheap food to had all over, there's hundreds of massage places, and money changing opportunities and places to use your us atm abound. all in all, it's pretty good but not that good. it's waay better than a hostel but only come here if you are with your male friends or relatives. don't bring any kids or female friends or relatives here. it is just for bachelors.

Great Value”
I got a great price on agoda, compared to other hotels in that same range (350-450 baht) this hotel was superb. I would have stayed longer but the location of our room was quite close to an area with a lot of bars and it was very loud, I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looks nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel though and be advised that this is in South Pattaya which is a bit of drive from he center of town.
