Where to stay in Matterstreet Area
Matterstreet Area hotels & accommodations

I am a single female traveling Europe. I decided last minute to take a trip to Switzerland and more specifically, Zermatt. After reading many travel reviews, I choose to spend the extra money to stay at the Omnia. It was well worth it. I was slightly disappointed (based on most reviews) they usually have a sign with your name on it to take you to from the train stat...

Newly Refurbished Fresh Room Upgrade - A double room was offered instead of the Single room booked. It made a short holiday break showing visitors from my Asian homeland a definite welcome change from the grey wet rainy weather encountered at Zermatt. Apart from a single cleanliness oversight during the renovations in the bathroom, all was beyond expectations and worth...

This hotel is a resort in a resort town, they have all the facilities of a Spa resort. Whenever I stay in a big Hotel company, I try to remember the service they have provided me from other branches, the standard should be world class level. And so far Best Western have consistent good service and care for their customers, I think that's what we're paying for. When we...

The place is self sufficient and has everything you need. Location is great with an elevator that brings you right away from the main street but still close enough. Last bu not least very well Equipped kitchen and electric appliances/accessories are provided. As good as a home gets!

When I take my family for a vacation, I would like to expect the same facilities as I have in my own home. This includes to the option to cook your own meals, launder your own clothes and even stay the whole day in the apartment (if needed) and not get board. Finding this place was a very pleasant surprise. It's just around 150 meters from the train station and the pro...

Everything was perfect except we had no hot water for 2nights out of 3nights stay. Room phone wasn't plugged in and was not charged, therefore we could only in get touch via email. As there is no front desk to check in and talk to in person, it might be inconvenient for the traveler who does not have a personal phone

The condo is located in the 4th floor but the quality and the view worth the effort. Property comes with complete kitchen with all amenities, utensils. Love the slight rustic design and the lighting. We only met Aurellia once, i have the impression she is a nice down to earth person, should we be in the area again, her property would be our first choice.

Everything is perfect, clean, view is good, facility is good, around 10 to 15 mine walk from station. Most of the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Only a female staff with gold hair in restaurant is rude, talked loudly and the arrangement of table for breakfast was completely not organized. 1 person can choose to sit in long table, 4 person table, but no need to s...
