Great location and very large room”
This is my second time staying at the Neptuna Hotel in Patong. I really like this hotel for the location, just 1 munute away from all the nightlife action on Bangla Road. And the other reason I like this hotel, is the room was huge, very big and comfy with a balcony over looking the pool. Oh yes, it does have a pool I just wish it had wifi in the rooms, wifi is only available in the loby.

Pleasant stay”
I enjoyed my stay at the Neptuna very much. It was good value for money and since I enjoy the nightlife it was located perfectly for me. The room was decent and was clean. The air conditioning was good and I found the bed very comfortable. There was no joiner fee for a guest which some hotels charge, so this was an added bonus. The staff were helpful and nice as well.

Very Good Hotel”
Stay was very pleasant. Hotel was very clean, but somewhat spartan in decor. Mattress in room was very hard, but in spite of that, we slept very well. Would rate hotel as 3 Star, but with a small amount of effort, could easily be a 4 - 4.5 Star. Rooms large, small pleasant balcony. Overall very good.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Bangla, The Beach, Plenty of great food and dining options and shopping. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The Hotel is clean and kept well maintained. Would have no problem staying here again.

Very average but cheap”
The problem with inexpensive hotels is some of the other people that book cheap hotels. You have to pay a cash damages deposit when you check in - first warning sign. Close to Bangla so you get woken up at 4am when the drunks stagger in. Location is good, reception staff bad , room basic and clean.

Good location, but very limited parking”
if you arrive with your own car, it's a bit of a hassle to park it, there's only 2 parking spaces available at the front of the hotel. but the staff is very friendly and helpful. we stayed newyears night, and there were some drunk russians making a lot of noise (fighting) in the middle of the night. for the rest the room we had was ok. location is very good, only a few minutes from bangla road.

noisy but good place”
the room was ok, only very noisy with the night long parties. Sadly :we have been very much overcharged by Agoda, as the price / room on arrival was only 670 bath. A margin is acceptable but this was way over charged.

Centrally located and value for money”
Overall pleasant stay in this hotel. the minor issue would be no free wifi at room as it said when booking through agoda. wifi only avilable at lobby area. it might be the management policy to reduce cost for low season period when i stayed there and if so, it would be wise to have some remarks on wifi section to avoid disappointment

One hour to check in”
Arrived at 1am after booking 2 double superior rooms on agoda. The staff were unaware that we were arriving as the email that agoda had sent to the hotel had not been processed. Even though we quickly proved that we had a reservation, the staff refused to give us a room for another hour until they had contacted the day manager. This turned a five minute mishandling into a hour-long ordeal. When we were finally given a room, it was not the superior room that we paid for. Room itself was clean but lacked windows.

Great & new hotel, but no atmosphere”
Location was great, very close to Bangla Road & the action, but not noisy.Hotel is new & has great rooms & quite large. The doors are very thin though, so you can hear the neighbours!!! Pool nice enough, but only a few deck chairs. Not really very sociable. Restaurant only serves breakfast I think which is good quality, but again, no atmosphere and not a place to 'hang around' or meet up with people in your own group or fellow travellers.

Good stay experience. Have a balcony to line your clothes out. Small acceptable bathroom. Air con unit is standalone able to adjust the speed and level by remote. Centrally located. Just 5 mins walk to Junceylon and 1 min walk to soi bangla (drink drank drunk). Bike (auto 125cc) rental is about 250 baht.

Marginal-difficult to sleep”
The first room I was given the TV picture was terrible. They moved me to another budet room where the TV worked. However, both rooms didn't have a window; only a lightweight opaque door to a small balcony with noisy airconditioning next door. No daylight but constant noise. Better rooms had window/doors opening tto the pool area.
