Quiet hotel off the main roads”
This hotel is walking distance from White Market, where there is a small night market and lots of food. I booked a connecting room so that i can stalk my parents :P Hotel shower is not great, hot water comes on and off. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also adequate. Beds are comfortable. I dont like that the bathroom does not have space for toiletries while the room is so big. Parking is very limited outside of the hotel but there is another parking lot some 100m away (as was told).

I thought this hotel was a good value for my money for sure. It’s modern, clean, quiet, and only a block and a half off of Nimmanmai. Also they serve a nice breakfast. What more do you want. Would I go back , yes !

The staff were lovely and so very helpful and the location was perfect! a short walk to One Nimman and Maya mall and so much to explore, I love the Grab transport prices in Chiang Mai! So much cheaper than Phuket!!! I will be more than happy to return to this hotel when I am back! PSSSST! the staff have amazing recommendations for what's pop'n around town, just ask.

it is great location, i recommend mountain view room with bathtub. breakfast really not good, i would rather they raise price and make nicer breakfast really, but can go to ristr8to coffee nearby.

Staffs are helpful. The room is well equipped with shampoo , body soap, shower cap, toothbrush. The air conditioner is working well. The hotel is remain new environment. Short walk to eating and shopping areas. Recommended!

Pleasantly Surprised”
When we entered the premises I was sceptical at the start as the long area was so small. However, when we got to our room all my reservations went away. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, rooms maintained clean. Only drawback was the breakfast. Small variety of food. Missed not having bacon and the only egg selection was fried eggs.

There really are no cons to this place , sure we all want a 5 star breakfast but that would require a more costly stay . The breakfast is good and complete .The value is very good here . I have stayed in 17 hotels in Thailand in all price ranges and this one hits its mark . By the way I’m in a hotel now that costs 3x more and I want to go back . I am being honest about that .

Impressed with service. Room is clean. Only problem I got is with water heater which quite hard to control temperature. It’s either too hot or too cold even we follow the water heater instructions
