Good location with the airport express stop just 5mins away from hotel. Travel time just 15mins away to airport Able to reach wanfujing in 40mins subway ride via 1 subway change at GuoMao Station. Very thoughtful hotel as they are flexible to let me check in early and check out late.

A major plus point is its close proximity to the Airport Express train station. The room was also clean and fairly big for a solo traveller. It would be just nice for 2 persons. However, it is disappointing that there is no room service available and there are no convenience stores nearby to satisfy one’s late night hunger pangs. The only restaurant in the hotel takes its last order at 9.45pm. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was helpful and offered to help order food delivery for me. Also, do note that the room is on the darker side as the lights are minimal and relatively small.

Just a minute walk from the hotel to the subway station (Entrance D) and take the airport line, arriving at T3 in around 20 mins. Next to the hotel sits a shopping mall with a supermarket inside, but no convenient store nearby, so better grab some necessities in the supermarket before going back to the room if needed.

Find somewhere else to stay”
usually hotels are fairly simple you going to sleep and leave and get to explore the city or take care of some business. But for some reason this hotel had problem after problem. Mirrors falling off the wall and consistently dirty sheets with no apology offered until I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that I should have changed hotels at 11 o’clock at night after a very long day. The staff seemed too bothered to help and are on their phones. I would not recommend this hotel, the other reviews had me convinced it would be different.

Never walk in to Novotel Beijing Sanyuan Hotel because of bad service of a staff named Ms Zhao Lily”
The front desk staff named Ms Zhao Lily is handling my check-in. She is arrogant, she is not professional, she always said cannot find my name in the booking, she never say sorry while she make mistakes, she even said booking for one person but actually the confirmation slip shown it is "2 persons". A bad experience while you walked in to this nice hotel but felt very angry because of bad service.

No service, staff no clue about helping ”
After long trip I want something to drink and to eat , as the bar close, no room service And no place open near the hotel. I ask to call a taxi to take me somewhere open ... they send me to the red line zone of Beijing ... unbelievable Temperature inside the room was 29 centigrade, need to open with all window open Worst hotel ever and hope you reflect to the Accour group

Literally 2 seconds walk from hotel to Sanyuanqiao train station. You can catch airport express to hotel cost 25Yen. I was a bit nervous booking this hotel due to the fact of bad reviews from previous guests. In my opinion demanding and unreasonable guests I can say they deserve bad service. I booked premier executive room, on checking was upgraded to executive suit! Sweet as! Massive room and very clean too. Was on level 20. Nothing around but because of train station 2secs from the hotel, make this hotel a valuable place to stay while in Beijing. If you prefer taxi from airport to hotel will cost approx. 100yen. Breakfast are Asian food, those complaining about breakfast what this hotel hotel has to offer need to take a chill pills. they are in an Asian country, expect Asian breakfast!! I say Seriously why complain about Asian food in an Asian country. Good varieties, good selection of breakfast. Not all staff speak English but main thing they are friendly and will do their best to help so don’t be rude to them if you decide to stay at this hotel. Executive lounge not the best setup for a Novotel brand. I have use executive lounge in Philippines, Vietnam and other countries, their executive lounge are amazing! Executive lounge in Beijing in my opinion not a very relaxing environment. They need to move up to high floor. Having it on the ground floor it’s a very bad decision. I was having breakfast and take one banana out, the restaurant staff will stop you and ask for it back. Fair enough, I reckon they need sign saying to remind guests they not allow take any food out to avoid embarrassing guests. Overall this is a great hotel!

Very self contained location.”
This hotel is at ChaoYang district however the metro station is call SanYuan. Right outside of the hotel. There is a roadside stall next to the metro that sells drinks, tissue paper, snacks etc that opens from 9-10pm in the night. Super convenient. Right next to the hotel there are 2 shopping malls call Pheonix Plaza and In Love. Pheonix plaza is amazing as it's connected to the train station. In the shopping mall, you can find restaurants like TaiHing, 潮汕美食 and HongKong snacks. There are also clothing stalls like H&M and Uniqlo. I love this hotel. The surroundings are so clean. If you choose not to go to Pheonix plaza, In love has a stretch of restaurants like Jian Bing, Starbucks and other 串烧店. It's amazing how convenient and self contained this area is. We stayed here for 5 days and felt so safe. If you are traveling with your parents, I suggest this is the perfect right place for you:)

the stay at novotel beijing sanyuan was pleasant. the hotel is located near by the city subway system, 50 metres walking distance from the entrance door of the hotel. the airport express train is located 100 metres from the hotel entrance. the location is about 15-20 minutes travelling from the forbidden city and beijing down town. the hotel is quite new and the facilities are up to date. there is free use of internet computers in the lobby. the staff speaks good english and are very helpful.

Generally speaking, the Novotel Sanyuan Hotel worths the money. Its a new hotel came into service around 08 Olympics time. The entire design of the hotel is simple, concise, and comfortable. Free internet is provided in rooms as well as in the lobby. Convenient location to the international airport, the downtown, as well as to major business areas. The only inconvenience is since the hotel is still new, not many people know it, has to call the hotel staffs for directions.

Novotel Beijing San Yuan Qiao”
This hotel is a new facility that is conveniently located and an excellent value. It is a 1 minute walk from the subway station and the express train to the airport. I have been able to travel almost anywhere int he city on the subway so staying here has saved hours of time in traffic jams. I have stayed at the Novotel several times and will continue to do so. It is the best value in Beijing as far as I am concerned.
