“Great Hotel with Superb Service and Location”
The hotel is right next to Lido Way with lots of shops and restaurants, and it's also connected to a Fresh Hippo supermarket. There's a 7-Eleven just steps away, and you're allowed to order food from outside. Free water is available 24/7, and for long stays, the mini fridge is sometimes refilled with Coke and coconut water. The main issue is the language barrier. No staff member speaks English except one girl. However, they're incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to assist, often sending multiple staff to your room to resolve issues. Anna, one of the staff who does speak English, is fantastic and deserves a promotion. The hotel is in a perfect location very close to the National Exhibition Center and ride from the airport just a short (30 CNY) taxi. Rooms are big and clean. There's a self-service laundry, a microwave in the lobby, an ice machine, pool, and gym. They could try to improve the buffet as they serve the same thing everyday. Overall, a great property with amazing service, just be prepared for major communication hurdles but that issue you will get across China if you are a tourist.
