This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Paladium Palace Hotel. The first was in Dec 2023, my first visit to Rome and I fell in love with the hotel! Then my friend and I booked rooms this trip for 3 nights and it's even better - you can tell they're working to make this the best hotel in the area! They added another elevator to rooms and to breakfast in the rooftop area. The staff is above and beyond the best I've encountered in a hotel - always eager to help, whether it's storing luggage (and then delivering to our rooms while we were sightseeing!), calling taxis twice for tours we'd arranged (which were perfect - arrived in under 5 mins!) or just providing general recommendations on restaurants, etc. The beds were firm, but comfortable, showers were perfect (hot and great water pressure)! The WiFi was error free and the breakfast. . .the breakfast must be experienced! They have everything - from several meats, different kinds of eggs, fresh breads, muffins, crossaints, baked beans, pasta, make your own pancakes, fresh fruit, so many juices, so much more and fresh ground coffee, OMG, my mouth waters just to think about it! Their prices were very reasonable - even during Rome's birthday weekend when other hotels were taking advantage and price gouging during the event. Don't miss this hotel - it's easy walking distance from Termini station (3 or 4 blocks)! This will be our go-to hotel when visiting Rome!
Firstly, the reception gentleman's gentleness and kindness made the unfamiliar trip half satisfying. The double room's bed was only king-sized, and everything was clean and satisfactory. However, I wanted to mention the inconvenience of having to use a hand-held shower in the bathroom. The sound of the air conditioner could be heard a bit, but it only bothered me on the first day; from the next day onwards, I was so exhausted that I didn't notice it. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the breakfast!!! It must be included without fail. It was so neat, diverse, and great. Having a hearty breakfast improved the quality of the trip! On the day of check-in, having my luggage stored was a great help!
The room was larger than other European hotels, and it was sufficient for staying with a family of five in a double room and a triple room. I was worried it would be cold at the end of February, but the radiator was fine, and simple laundry like socks dried quickly when placed on it. Slippers were provided for each person in advance, and there were plenty of towels, shampoo, body lotion, and soap. The breakfast offered good value for money, allowing everyone in the family to enjoy it without complaints. On the days of check-in and check-out, they conveniently stored our bags for free, making it easy to explore. There was a downside in that the soundproofing was not good, but we walked a lot during our trip to Rome and quickly fell into a deep sleep, so it wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly. The biggest advantage is that it is near Termini Station, making access to the airport, archaeological sites, and other cities very convenient. This applies not only to this hotel but all hotels near the station. There were two large supermarkets used by locals just two minutes away, and many restaurants in the surrounding area, which was convenient. I had heard concerns about pickpocketing and safety in Rome, but even going out at night with my young daughters, I didn't feel unsafe at all. Of course, I can't speak for the outskirts, but the area on the western side of Termini Station, near the tourist attractions, felt safe at night and in the early morning. In conclusion, if the price I booked at this time is available again, I would definitely use it again!
The location is close to major attractions. The room was clean, and the bathroom surprisingly spacious. The staff provided excellent service during breakfast. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Very near the train hub and just in front of bus stop. Near also the church where Pope Francis is buried. Corteous staff, though check in took a bit of time. Small but clean room. Flat pillow. We just noticed the dust below the bed. Clean bathroom, room is cleaned and soap is provided every day. Lots of choice for bfast but same everyday - bacon, sausage, red pasta, boiled egg, scrambled egg (tho cold always), plain breads, sweet breads of diff variety, real honey comb, yogurt and diff variety of coffee and juice. Only thing, the lemon water near bar is refreshing and a good welcome, tho we are not sure if the cup is cleaned, we just noticed the staff to rinse it with water and dried with towel. Overall good stay.
