Amazing time at Park Plaza”
The beds n the comforter were so comfortable!!! Location is very good.. very near the subway Dengshikou exit C and is a very short walk to the airport shuttle bus!!! Location wise is definitely amazing!!! Hotel staff could speak english and were helpful! The rooms were clean and big! Really enjoyed my stay! Will def stay here again when im back in beijing!

Excellent hotel and convenient to subway station ”
Google map got us to the wrong place which was three blocks off. Exit Dengahikou Station exit C (first door on left) and walk through Regent Hotel. Very convenient to subway station for all attractions. Once we arrived at hotel, we were given an option to upgrade to a suite with breakfast. Since we already got a great deal for a basic superior room through Agoda, we were reluctant to pay more. The upgrade was worth the added cost for two adults and a teenager. It was a one bedroom suite with a living room sofa bed. Doubled in size compared the regular room. Staff Russel (intern manager) showed genuine interest in our comfort and took care of some house keeping issues immediately. He offered tremendous amount of information and made our trip and our stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed to start our day. Airport bus shuttle outside hotel conveniently took us to the International Airport for same cost as airport express train without transferring through stations.

Easily accessible to everywhere!”
Love this hotel as the subway is just right next to the hotel (subway line 5), and it is easily walkable to the Wangfujing shopping area. The room's cleanliness is top notch - keep up the great job! Another highlight for me is the coffee machine - they taste great too! The breakfast selections at level 2 were great as well! If I were to be critical, there are couple of things I didn't like was (1) the air conditioner - the heater was turned on (as it's winter) and it got really stuffy in the rooms - but this can be easily fixed by turning off the air conditioner in the room and opening the windows for better ventilation. (2) The bed was a bit hard - but this is just my own preference - my boys didn't mind them. All in all I think the housekeeping has done a fantastic job to make their guests comfortable. Please keep up the good work!

Great hotel ”
Good location - only a few minutes walk from Denshikou (Exit C) Subway station and 10-15 mins walk to Wangfujing shopping area. Fantastic buffet breakfast with vast selection of oriental and western dishes. We were given the option to upgrade to a Suite at a very reasonable price. This was ideal for us. The concierge service was excellent. There is also a laundry room for the use of guests. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay for this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel were very nice. Paid an amount to upgrade and definitely worth it. Best part, the helpful hotel staff. I don’t know if I catch the correct name, but she was “cassie/casey”. I sort of got scammed by a taxi driver but she helped me called a lot of different number and get the driver to transfer me back the money. So thankful for her help. Definitely will stay here again if I were to go Beijing!

The location is perfect for the train. Food bakery minimart n you can walk to Wangfujing st. I just took the train everywhere else n book the tour with the hotel. I love my room on the 9th floor. All the staff was fantastic. And a bonus laundromat so I can do my laundry without costing an arm n legs. I would definitely stay here again

So glad we chose Park Plaza as our last hotel for our trip. Subway metro and airport shuttle service are just round the corner, so easily accessible to attractions around the city and when leaving for the airport. Bed was super comfy and they even have a pillow menu. Housekeeping was prompt with our request too. The self service laundromat was definitely useful and we got to chat with other guests. Would definitely recommend Park Plaza to friends.

Very Satisfying Stay”
The hotel is very close to a subway station. It takes 5 mins to go to the shopping area and 15 mins to go the palace on foot. The hotel uses a robot to deliver extra bottles of water and toilettes to guest rooms. It’s fun and provided us a great experience in the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located within 3mins walk to the subway station and 15mins walk to the malls in Wangfujing. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was great. As we stayed during winter, the rooms were heated sufficiently and the hot showers were good. The only complaints we had were that the bathrooms had a slight damp smell and the corridors smell of smoke on certain days. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The location of the property was convenient. It was 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. It was about one train stop walk to Wangfujing the prime shopping destination; and, there were also many value-for-money eateries for local specialties about a stone throw away. It was also only a couple of stops to major sightseeing attractions like the Forbidden City. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary afternoon tea on the day of our arrival. There were also complimentary drinks at the lobby throughout the day. The amenities in the room were great. Should I be travelling on business I would treasure the iron and board in the room. There were power points (including 13A sockets) and USB charging points for all kinds of gadget. The coffee maker in the room really helped me kick-start my day.

Hotel is just 2 mins walk from Dengshikou metro. There are also a 3-4 restaurants across the street if you do not wish to walk too far. Otherwise Wangfujing pedestrian street is about 15 mins walk away. Hotel room is clean with the necessary amenities. Wanted to comment one of the concierge staff Ms Yang Fan for helping to book tickets to Forbidden city and recommending the tour to Simatai and Gubei Water Town

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child. They put us in a suite with separate bedroom and had the sofa bed made up before we arrived. Service and cleanliness were great. Breakfast had everything you could need. My only suggestion would be to update some equipment in the gym.

A hidden gem near Wangfujing”
We arrived at the hotel about 9am in the morning. The front desk lady offered us a room, breakfast options and a room upgrade if we bought the breakfast. We gladly took her offer after a long flight, check-in and headed to our room. This was my first time in Beijing and I am surprised by the warm hospitality received. The room was big and comfy. There is a coffee machine, two capsules and milk provided in the room. The hotel is next to line 5, 灯市口 subway (3 stops away from Tiananmen station) and a 8 min walk to Wangfujing.

The one thing that was a minor irritation was not replenishing the coffee supplies.. for some mysterious reason this happened every single day. Other than that, perhaps they could invest in improving the level of English spoken and perhaps smile just a little more. The Pakistani or Indian bell boys were excellent. All in all a great place to stay.

The location is great. Just next to Subway taking you to most of attraction in Beijing plus right next to airport shuttle bus! The reception was extremely courteous and made me feel welcomed despite long journey before. The room is great especially the air conditioning/heating.

Highly recommended hotel near Wangfujing”
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The service was good; the concierge staff was helpful in answering basic questions and calling taxis for us. The walk to Wangfujing is maybe just over ten minutes, and there is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. It would’ve been nice if there were a convenience in the immediate vicinity, but I think you have to walk down the block for the nearest one.
